Faced very bad experience with this property. The rates are too high and there are no services as per the price. Images of the room are not as per on the site of the property. Hilarious Experience.

Pathetic experience we had with this property. There were cockroaches all around and we could not sleep the entire night because of this. Thus, we had to checkout one day earlier, but payment for the two days stay.

My stay at Hotel Disa, Kolkata was very very disappointing, despite having in-house restaurant, no food was available for most of the stay, breakfast was refused saying the cook was sleeping, and even basic essentials like toiletries and coffee were not available. Tried contacting support regarding issues during my stay at their registered property Hotel Disa, Kolkata, but was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes without any assistance or response. Extremely disappointing customer support experience
