There is no wifi, I have asked in the reception and the receptionist said they don't have wifi. Which was dissatisfactory to ne as its mentioned wifi as amenities.

Not recommended for families, more than a day's stay for business. Overall it was an unpleasant service experience. Room size and the location are pretty good but the service of the hotel is way below par. I had to change rooms thrice. No hot water, one room service or cleaning will need 5 calls. There was a lot of ruckus on 2nd night where there was literally a fight going on in the corridor for an hour. The reason was that the hotel also owns a dance bar right opposite the guest room corridor. If you are not into these sort of things, then avoid this property.

This guy Samar or sameer whatever his name is, is a fraud. Just because he wanted a booking, he sent me room photos very neat and clean, but the room provided was the worst. The blankets, bedsheet every thing was dirty. There were beer bottles in our cupboard. Guys whoever is planning to visit any of their hotels, please do not get cheated. Nothing about this hotel was good. Fabhotels are pure fraud.

Water bottle wasnt provided. i was given a smaller room than what i paid for.

Terrible experience. Unclean and unhygienic rooms. Linen needs changing. Washroom was unclean. I was originally given an Oyo rooms. Everything was terrible in this stay. It was dirty, unclean and unhygienic. Hotel needs painting, cleaning and revamp of broken furnitures

This hotel should not be called Fab hotel by any means. It should be called bad hotel. Pro: 1. Location is central. 2. Hot water available. Cons: 1. No parking available in front of the hotel, it's somewhere in the back which needs a bit of navigation to get to. 2. The rooms are stained. Wall paint is chipping out, there are stains everywhere. There a bit of dampness in rooms which can only go away by turning on the air conditioning. 3. Fall ceiling in the bathroom was removed where there was geyser. Again, the walls were chipped. 4. Key cards for many rooms are not working. Physical key need to be used to lock/unlock. 5. The staff is not much helpful. Lot of follow-up is needed to resolve even smallest of issues, many a times they are not solved at all. 6. The restaurant is horrible. It's a bar and has a definite bar vibe all day, even at morning breakfast. It does not feel like a decent family friendly restaurant and has a vibe of a cheap bar shown in movies. 7. Breakfast options are very limited if you opt in for breakfast included room. Everything is cold and dry. 8. Televisions don't work. I will not recommend this hotel for stay unless major changes are done to everything, everywhere!

I Booked 2 deluxe room online. After reaching the hotel, receptionist informed she can't provide us deluxe room. Online room criteria and hotel criteria is totally different according to them.. I didn't got the rooms which I booked.. Rooms were totally different from the photos that they are showing on on the goibibo. Bedsheets were not clean..there were lots of strains..ac was window ac that you can't control according to temperature. Bathroom door didn't had any lock. No bathroom essentials like soap, shower gel, shampoo etc were provided, only hand wash was there. Above all the receptionist don't know how to deal with costomers . It was a very bad experience. Only good thing about this hotel is it's location.

Booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, but it was a complete disappointment. The kitchen hasn't worked for over a month, yet they continue to take bookings without informing guests. There were no utensils provided, the bathrooms had no exhaust, and the geysers didn't work at all. Management was unresponsive and careless throughout the stay. To top it off, the positive reviews online are clearly paid and misleading. A terrible experience overall-definitely not recommended.

On 26th March stayed on MAP plan with our students group. We entered at 6 pm, but Rooms completed after two hours on repeated asking. (Towels, toileteries and Tea coffee replenishment etc.) more than 1 inch gap between both mattresses on Bed. There was no proper cutlery in the restaurant. Plastic spoons and paper cups for sambar & Dal given at dinner and breakfast. Food was not tasty. Very bad & sad experience. No proper responce on reception counter.
