"The staff at the reception said that there were no rooms available, while leaving they said it might be available, they put me in lot of confusion, when I asked them why is it not available if I made a reservation, they behaved very rudely to me and demanded extra money if I wanted room. I finally left looking for other hotels."

"Room is full of cobwebs, no toiletries, no towels, as a part my breakfast, they didn't not provide me one day out of my 4 nights stay, they charged early check in charges for 2 hours prior,no water from taps, total experience is very pathetic,"

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
