Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our hotel room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

Located few kms before reaching Dhanaulti from Mussoorie. You have to check name board as there is no visible hotel building. Around 100m kachha/pakka road from main road. Booked on fabhotel site, pics and facade not actual, too much photoshopped. Interiors are cheap with pvc sheet wall and acp sheet ceiling. Facade shown in sites are view of building from gorge side and not the entrance. Wooden phatta placed on stairs. Poor experience we had on the stay. At time of booking, Fab hotels customer service executive assured that if hotel property differs from what shown in image, we can cancel and get refund. Further, we had senior citizen family member, so we requested to have two rooms on same floorto avoid stairs. But practically, first there was no hotel building entrance, you have to walk to kutcha/pakka road and enter restaurant/reception area which is ground floor, where you have stairs with loosely fitted wooden planks to go down to the rooms. Rooms are in three floors down from the entrance. Raised with fabhotel, we were told to make full payment when checking in and assured will work out option after we send mail with pics, but they outrightly refused later. As if this was not enough, loud music was being played post midnight, people having drinks in open. Requested to lower music but no help. Loud thud sound each time the housekeeping staff used to run on stairs to serve their customers in hurry. The wooden unfinished stairs and the flooring seems not to be of good build. We had a unique pathetic experience with Fab hotels and this property. Extremely poor Fab hotels customer support. Tariff not worth based on actual conditions, website pics etc are misleading. Hotel staff was courteus, that's one was normal. Not recommended. Overall stay was not good.

Too cheap owner,he canceled our booking just a night before our check in, inspite of written confirmation from fab hotels and goibibo the person didn't allow our check in as he sold our room to someone at some higher prices though we had booked the hotel 2 months in advance with full amount paid, such a mean fellow he didn't even bother that we have come from a long one day journey and he didn't even bother to meet us or take our calls he simply told his staff that he is not going to talk to anyone, I have come to know from goibibo person that he was not even picking their calls also,such kind of persons and property should be highly avoidEd they black mail the tourists in the crowdEd seasons.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. They have hired under-aged kids as workers. Owner was not available for the 2 days we have been there. No management, for any small thing you have to call atleast 10 times. No water, no electricity, no safety, no hygene, bathrooms were dirty, bed linen were dirty. People were drinking alcohol in the restaurant and and throwing beer cans and cigerette buds in our balcony and playing loud music till midnight. Despite multiple warning, no one was responding from the management. Even the Fabhotel customer care was unresponsive. We went there on a family vacation and did not feel safe at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Very worst experience, Please don't with fabhotel , I booked for dhanulti for 3 days , but I checkout within 5 hours , me and my family didn't get any room immediately and spend one full day in car, and they says they refund my booking amount, but they didn't, it's really really bad experience for me and my family , my children so much irritated, dirty rooms, no AC or fan , so many insects , no proper staff , no mask, bad smell bathroom

Very bed experience in fab hotel neilkant No water, no electricity, no management,, staff not cooperative, bathrooms not clean, rooms not clean by staff, very bed smell in bathroom , room service is very poor, overall very bed experience with neilkant hotel dhanaulti ,

This is not a luxury hotel. Cleanliness 0 points. Pipes in the toilet were broken in 2 rooms and in one room water was flowing from washroom into room.very freaky staircase for low level room. But the manager was nice person, service boys were prompt/quick..lovely. .
