"It was very horrible experience which I had. The movement I entered in the room too much smell. Moreover smell was there in bed linen also, torn linen provided, light was fluctuating continuous I couldn't sleep whole night, reception staff was making to much sound. When I approached at reception the guy was playing pub g game and he was talking to him friend very loudly when I asked him not to make noise he mentioned it will be like that only. Such a disgusting I had to checkout 4am because I couldn't sleep. I request the management to take a action and come back to me with closer."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"I am frequent traveler, the worst hotel i ever stayed. Recepetion treat you like a refugee camp. Room is not clean and bed sheets with full stains.When it informed to room service ,they said all thier bed sheets are with stains only. This hotel allocated after paying advance to another near by FAB hotel and on check in at 9 pm in Reception room is not ready and return back after one hour , same person informed us rooms not available, eventhough advance payment successful. I recommend even they offer free stay , please do not book this FAB hotel , worst customer service"
