Rude staff & purely unacceptable behavior. At the time of check-in, when I entered the hotel, I politely informed the receptionist that I had a booking. He replied that the phone was not with him and went to another room, returned with the phone, briefly looked at it, and said there was no booking. I told him that the booking was under the name , that it was made yesterday, and that I had already paid half the amount as an advance. Without even properly checking or scrolling on his phone, he again denied the booking. I calmly showed him my confirmed booking on my phone, but he still refused to acknowledge it. When I said that I would call FabHotel customer support, he suddenly said, Yes, the booking is there. Despite this, I was asked to make the remaining payment directly via the QR code at the reception instead of through the app. I wanted to avoid any argument, so I made the payment. After completing all ID formalities, we were given the room keys. Later, when I requested a drinking water bottle, I was told it would cost 20. In all my previous stays at FabHotels, drinking water has always been provided as a basic amenity, and sometimes even hot drinking water was provided upon request. While I do not have any issue paying 20, the attitude and manner of communication were rude and unprofessional. Both I and my partner felt uncomfortable due to the behavior. I have stayed at FabHotels multiple times earlier, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the reception staff and the owner was pathetic and unacceptable. Charging extra for basic amenities like drinking water, along with such conduct, seriously affects the brand value of FabHotel, which is otherwise known for quality service. I am reporting this incident because such experiences damage customer trust. If such issues continue, I may reconsider booking through FabHotels in the future and instead use platforms like MakeMyTrip or Booking.com. I strongly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

Rooms and toilets were extremely dirty toilet fittings were all broken ded and pillows were far below standard..no basic facilities and amenities available... overall a hopeless stay would not recommend it anyone,..also receptionist Mr. Balaji was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Very bad experience overall

The room was extremely dirty, and both the pillows and blanket had a strong, foul odor. The entire room was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority, and it made my stay very uncomfortable.

It was my first and the last booking that i made from fab hotels, henceforth I wont keep it my options and would never ever suggest any one to book any hotel from FAB Hotels. Would also like to share what had happened to me, for my 10th stay at Fabexpress Gavoriel wakad Pune, I had already communicated to Fab executive that I will be arriving early by 6:00 in the morning on 10th due to some medical urgency and need to visit Hospital at Pune. The executive connected me to the hotel staff ( Pawan) who confirmed me that it will be made available with extra cost for which I agreed. Now when me and my wife arrived early in the morning I called the hotel staff who didnt picked up my call, afterthat I reached hotel and asked the sleeping staff to please provide me early checkin facility as confirmed, who straight forward declined and asked to go and come after 12:00. After my several requests and arguments he provided a room which wasnt clean and was very dirty. Still as i said due to the medical conditions we need to visit hospital by 9:00 and hence have to take the room for freshen up and get ready. After getting in we found that tap water wasnt available and we communicated the staff who then told us to wait for 10-15 mins, we literally waited for 40-45 mins after several follow ups. Impatiently i get down and asked whats the problem who then said that pump is not working and hence have called for the tanker which will take another 15-20 mins. Now this really hurted and disappointed us and we left with no other option to leave the hotel at that time and take some other hotel for getting ready. After our hospital visit i again came for checkin at around 13:30 and what i found that there was no room and we literally got shocked as if how a booked hotel cant be made available to us despite paid in advance.. This was something we call inhumane and harassing customer to its fullest. I will escalate this experience to social media as well and will assure that no one in my circle/ contacts would ever book any hotel or services from this damn fucking app and site
