Despite there being scope for improvement in certain areas of the hotel, I truly appreciate the fantastic effort the team is putting into making guests feel valued. Their dedication to customer satisfaction shines through, especially thanks to one of the most courteous and professional staff members Ive come across. The warmth, respect, and genuine care shown in handling guest needs deserve a special mention. Its clear that the hotel is committed to providing the best possible experience, and with continued progress, theyre well on their way. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

No dustbin , cigarette butt's all around, unclean , no water at 5 am for washroom , no drinkable water .
