Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Very cheap accomodation.not at all cost for value. It's like a old dharmasala. Even no towel z provided. Everytthing z bad except AC. No restaurant. Ground floor z a residence and 1st floor z congested rcption n rooms. Often no body z available in rcption. FAB group charged around 2400 for an accomodation worth not exceeding 1000 per room per night. It can not be recommended any further.. just worst experience..
