Room's neat and clean

Besides staff everything was bad. No breakfast support. No cleanlines. Pathetic stay

The person in the reception is very rude and unhygienic when i ask for water bottle they don’t even have a sealed bottle all the water bottle were opened and refilled by them. When i ask for a packed new bottle they are saying ‘to buy it from outside’. No cleanliness in washroom as well. Also when i ask for a glass they gave me dirty glasses, and when i said i need clean glasses or make them clean they are saying ‘sir yah to aap isko apne kamre mai saaf krdoge ya to mai baat to ek hi hai’. They don’t even have a dish washing soap. This was my last time, don’t visit.

Staff is not good in behaviour also tv is not working and toilet is not clean overall room was mess.

This is not a premium property. The rooms are full of cockroaches, and basic amenities like towels and dental kits are not provided. Do not opt for the breakfast option — they don’t serve it here, and your money will not be refunded. Also, avoid calling the FAB customer helpline — they disconnect the call after a while, no matter how many times you try to reach them.

I had a highly unpleasant experience during my stay. The hotel felt more like a shady hangout than a proper lodging facility. I found an open water bottle in the room, and the kitchen area was full of alcohol bottles, which was extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. While I was away for work, the staff entered my room, disturbed my bedding, and tampered with my belongings — completely unacceptable behavior. The staff lacked basic manners and were untrained in how to interact with guests. Additionally, it seems like the property is managed by multiple people, and once you book — especially through platforms like Fab Hotels — you’re on your own. They stop responding after payment, and there’s zero accountability. Most importantly, there is no sense of security, especially for women. I strongly advise against staying here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Worst service I have experienced in my life. Room phone was not working, When I asked them to fix it, they gave me a mobile number and said call on this number and maximum time the phone was busy. In website it shows restaurant in hotel but there was no restaurant, whatever I ordered they bring from outside and it took too much time. In the morning I ordered breakfast but they refused because it was raining so they couldn’t bring the food. No water bottle in the room, when I asked for water they bring an open bottle filled with their own water. No towel and no toiletries in bathroom. They said all towels are in the laundry. I don’t know what kind of hotel is that. I will never book any hotel with fabhotel again.
