Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.
ambiance was perfect for the stay. order delivery was fast and cleanliness was at its best.

The rooms amazingly spacious! The billing was super fast, the check in process also.
The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.
The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.
Worst service I have experienced in my life. Room phone was not working, When I asked them to fix it, they gave me a mobile number and said call on this number and maximum time the phone was busy. In website it shows restaurant in hotel but there was no restaurant, whatever I ordered they bring from outside and it took too much time. In the morning I ordered breakfast but they refused because it was raining so they couldnt bring the food. No water bottle in the room, when I asked for water they bring an open bottle filled with their own water. No towel and no toiletries in bathroom. They said all towels are in the laundry. I dont know what kind of hotel is that. I will never book any hotel with fabhotel again.
Worst stay ever. The check-in was smooth as the guy super helpful. It all went downhill the day after. The bedsheets had tiny holes in it and upon asking the reception to change them, the guy looked so confused. It was almost like why did we even asked them to change the sheets.The room had cockroaches here and there. Two guys at the reception were super rude. We had few visitors that brought us some food since the hotel didn’t had any restaurant. The reception kept on calling us about it and were asking us to make Them leave asap since it was against the hotel policy. The policy that was never mentioned beforehand. We understand it could be the policy and we have to comply in accordance but there’s a way to address such issues in professionals and hospitable manner. The receptionist and probably the owner were rude and could possibly undergo some customer care training.
