    "I have stayed 2 nights because of my family relocation purpose. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is a little rude but you have to deal with the same as low budget hotels. The receptionist was nice to us and helped us for our stay. You can find a restaurant, market, banks just below the hotel."

    "I'm not happy with the service for several reasons: 1. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception. We had to go directly to request anything, even though the booking site mentioned that rooms included a telephone, towels, bath soap, etc. The reality was different. 2. I booked a deluxe room with breakfast included, but at checkout, I received a bill that included charges for breakfast. I specifically selected a room that stated breakfast was included. 3. We also had to pay for water. 4. The biggest issue was the long wait time for food. Once we ordered breakfast or dinner, we had to wait up to an hour, and even then, we had to remind them every 30 minutes to receive our order. Overall, this experience was very disappointing."

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "Never book this hotel through Fab hotel. Book it directly. You will get a much better price. The tarrif is 1000 but through Fab it's 1500. And lots of lies. Ther is no lift, rude behaviour and unprofessional staff. The hotel is amidst a waste dump the location is remote and horrible."

    "Rooms shown on photos are different then actual room ...on asking then to provide room shown on photos, they clearly says we don't have this room...they are scammers...very little space in room...Broken window latch... window dont have glass on it... anyone can peek into the room with full access....zero privacy Very shady place...weird people are staying in it. Overall not safe, not clean, not secure, Please don't even consider."

    "Hotel location is excellent, metro station is nearby and so is the bus stop, market is just behind the hotel for food or shopping. Manager is very helpful but room service isn't up to the mark. Rooms need maintenance and quick response is needed. For around 1500 it's better to stay here than nearby hotel if compared. You can order food from nearby places or ask staff if not able to go out."
