It was really a very good stay there, staffs are very polite and professional. Rooms were neat and clean.

Hotel was not at all up to Fab hotel standards. Room was not clean - there were cockroaches and even a rat. There was no provision for food as the cook was on leave. Check in was only done after full payment. All in all, not at all value for money and would never stay here again.

He ask me advance payment for booking I've paid 600 advance. However, upon check-in, I'm being asked 2461 (2361 rent + 700 early check-in).
