I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Despite calling 3–4 times, no laundry service was provided. In the end, they just said “sorry” without any real resolution. I think the management seriously needs to work on their service quality. The food was overly oily, which made it difficult to enjoy meals. In terms of beverages, Limca was the only option available during my entire stay — very limited choices for a hotel. Also, at the price they are charging, not providing a basic bathroom kit is unacceptable. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Bedsheet was not properly changed. Dirty bedsheet and pillow covers were there. Service was slow.

Rooms are vastly different from what is shown on app. When you ask for bill from Oyo, be ready to wait for many days and keep tusling for your bill

I had a highly unpleasant experience during my stay. The hotel felt more like a shady hangout than a proper lodging facility. I found an open water bottle in the room, and the kitchen area was full of alcohol bottles, which was extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. While I was away for work, the staff entered my room, disturbed my bedding, and tampered with my belongings — completely unacceptable behavior. The staff lacked basic manners and were untrained in how to interact with guests. Additionally, it seems like the property is managed by multiple people, and once you book — especially through platforms like Fab Hotels — you’re on your own. They stop responding after payment, and there’s zero accountability. Most importantly, there is no sense of security, especially for women. I strongly advise against staying here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
