Hotel was good and clean, staff was active and services are quick and fast. overall good experiance.

Not so clean room, leaking toilet. What is shown in pictures or description is never true. Money charged was expensive too.

Do not go by the photos posted by hotel and Fab Hotel. It's old and edited photos. Very dirty room... Walls are very very very bad.. Washroom Focet not working. Very Claustrophobic rooms. Only good things bed sheets were more or less clean, and one boy who was helpful, that's why survived for a night. Sry, haven't taken any photo... But beleive my words, it's dirty. Given 2 star because of Price I paid arround 1300. Else it's 1 ⭐

At first, my hotel was changed without my notice, that too after paying in advance. I paid only after looking at pics of hotel room and ambience. In this changed hotel, just because already paid, the service and welcome was terrible. I have to beg for my breakfast several times despite paying for room with breakfast. In any hotel the water is complimentary, here they said it's chargeable. Having no choice I said ok. Even after that I have to wait thirsty for water. I will never recommend this hotel ever to anyone. That is why I checked out a day before, even after booking for 2 days. Since I have good experience with fab hotel earlier, i will spare fab for choosing, kindly do not change without guest confirmation once booked and don't tie up with such dirty hotels without ventilation, no water, poor service, cold service type hotels. Keep monitoring. Horrible exp

Pathetic condition of hotel in terms of cleanliness, old broken furniture, Deluxe room looks like a store room with all furniture in poor condition. Smoke foul smell all around Moreover, While talking to customer care, they are not believing the customer especially when I have travelled 20 hours by train and need acute rest. Fabhotels quality has gone down.

Worst..it's a scam hotel...

DO NOT BOOK THIS FILTHY HOTEL EVERR!!! I WASTED MY ONE THOUSAND THERE!!! Room filled with bed bugs, broken and dirty walls, dirty pillow, rude staff, weird lighting, poor hygiene. Had to run after an hour, could not stay because of the dirtiness.

Gk recidency is not tied up with fab hotel Fab hotel in horrible. I made my booking and did advance payment. Went to the hotel and came to know the hotel doesn't have a tie with fab hotel anymore. Been trying to reach out to costomer care for so many days but have always been put on hold. Even mailed fab hotel but no response. And bad side from gk as well for not having their number online to cross check. No body has reached out yet . This is ridiculous This is absolutely unprofessional. If there was an option I will give -5⭐
