I ordered a thali the tase was not good and I havent eat the meal. I told this to receptionist but still they charged full amount of the thali. This was not good I will not recommend to order food inside the hotel.

I have never stayed in a hotel worse than this in my entire life.The food quality was poor, the room was even worse, and the washroom was the worst of all.

Worst service I have experienced in my life. Room phone was not working, When I asked them to fix it, they gave me a mobile number and said call on this number and maximum time the phone was busy. In website it shows restaurant in hotel but there was no restaurant, whatever I ordered they bring from outside and it took too much time. In the morning I ordered breakfast but they refused because it was raining so they couldn’t bring the food. No water bottle in the room, when I asked for water they bring an open bottle filled with their own water. No towel and no toiletries in bathroom. They said all towels are in the laundry. I don’t know what kind of hotel is that. I will never book any hotel with fabhotel again.

Dear all, I advise everyone not to stay at this hotel. Never ever stay, rooms are very dirty, stinking, washroom stinks, ac not working, it’s pathetic experience.No tap water coming in washroom.

Yes the location is nice being friendly with all your needs and things to do! But I swear the hotel's condition is shit Don't even think about staying there especially with a family Literally the whole building is collapsing Smells like sewerage Staff thinks it's not even that serious So unhygienic had to take showers twice to feel myself again

We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at Dream Living. The property was in disarray, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude. Instead of a relaxing getaway, we experienced a series of issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The lack of respect for guests' space was particularly concerning. It seemed like the staff's priorities lay elsewhere, and our needs were ignored. The experience was far from what we'd expected, and we'd advise others to look elsewhere for a comfortable and respectful stay.

Booked from Fab hotel website but hotel denied to give entry stating that they cant give rooms at mentioned price . They are just doing scam by taking advance booking charges. After paying advance booking charges still not giving the checkin. Pathetic service by the hotel staff and fab hotel Assistant

I did not like the place. And there was a bad smell everywhere when u enter the hotel recepcetion and same followed the room. When i confronted the recepetion person he said i have spoken to the fab people they would refund it you can book something else. But there was no refund nothing they later refused even though the hotel guy said he has told them to refund. So very bad and never booking any fabhotel anywhere. It doesnt deserve a single star and even the person who spoke from fabhotels side was rude and noncooperative.

Dont bother booking this hotel, the staff will ask for extra money despite you having online booking and deny your booking, at 8:30 pm to 2 girls, really terrible experience
