Hotel was not at all up to Fab hotel standards. Room was not clean - there were cockroaches and even a rat. There was no provision for food as the cook was on leave. Check in was only done after full payment. All in all, not at all value for money and would never stay here again.

Not so clean room, leaking toilet. What is shown in pictures or description is never true. Money charged was expensive too.

At first, my hotel was changed without my notice, that too after paying in advance. I paid only after looking at pics of hotel room and ambience. In this changed hotel, just because already paid, the service and welcome was terrible. I have to beg for my breakfast several times despite paying for room with breakfast. In any hotel the water is complimentary, here they said it's chargeable. Having no choice I said ok. Even after that I have to wait thirsty for water. I will never recommend this hotel ever to anyone. That is why I checked out a day before, even after booking for 2 days. Since I have good experience with fab hotel earlier, i will spare fab for choosing, kindly do not change without guest confirmation once booked and don't tie up with such dirty hotels without ventilation, no water, poor service, cold service type hotels. Very bad experience. I booked the hotel with breakfast but hotel is denying for the breakfast they are saying we dont have kitchen in our hotel. If u don’t have kitchen then why option is showing while booking with breakfast. And very unhygienic rooms. Bed bugs are also there in the room.

The room was in poor condition and there were bed bugs, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. On top of that, breakfast was included in the booking but was not provided. This is completely unacceptable. Very bad experience and not recommended.

It was a shitty experience, no one should ever visit this hotel, saw it on MMT, pics were good but when I reached the hotel it was a disastor. About to become a "spooky hotel". They not even had package water to serve. Never ever visit this hotel.

Broken Bed, Broken Sofa everything is not maintained. We had a horrible stay. Bad water in washroom. I would never suggest. It was a nightmare .

Staffs and service are too bad, no electricity for 5hrs, no options given
