"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"ISSUES : 1. Blanket was full dirty and dirty spot were visible badly. 2.Bedsheet and pillow were dirty we are requesting to change and also complaint to fab exective but they both neither change nor reply. 3.Room service as water bottle not provided, lift was not there, bathroom and room was having spider net.bathroom was not attached in room it was outside the room.4. In bedsheet other guests hair was severe found there we ask for fab manager to change the alternate hotel but they didn't do it.for the family it was a bad situation and it was 11:55 pm . We was not able to sleep due to all such problems.Early morning we left the hotel but at morning fab hotels didn't ask our situation nor updated"
