Very disappointing experience. The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behaviour was disrespectful and showed a complete lack of basic courtesy towards guests. I had a very unpleasant experience from the moment I interacted with the reception. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options available where guests are treated with respect and professionalism. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth the stay.

Extremely disappointing experience, especially because of the staffs rude and unprofessional behaviour. Instead of treating guests with basic courtesy and respect, the communication felt dismissive and unhelpful. A hotels hospitality should begin with respectful customer service, but unfortunately, that was completely missing here. The way guests are spoken to matters just as much as the room itself. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

Most rundown hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The toilet is infested with termites. I don't know when was the last time they washed their blankets. Please spend sometime maintaining the hotel instead of growing birds. Worst experience. One good thing is I checked out within few hours, can't imagine how guest sleep overnight at this hotel. Stay away at all cost.

Dont book fab hotel via online because I Paid more advance amount but here in reception they are showing very less amount if I call they are not giving proper response and they are confirming one price while booking even thought for early check in for fixed amount. But in reception they are asking extra amount for early check in time.

First of all when i reached they denied early check in , and told that they have extra 600 policy for early check in but as per Make my trip policy early check in may be allowed if available..but on 600 it is available, secondary i informed about that i ll leave by evening so provide breakfast in today's morning, he denied saying you will be getting it on the next day only.. third room i booked for three persons but it was a very small double bed..in which we had to accommodate, and last taps were not working properly, very hard to rotate, A C was in worst condition and bedsheets and pillow cover was like being used since 10 years..

I had a very bad stay at the hotel. The bathrooms were very dirty and very bad smell all the time. The staff coiperation was very bad. Will never reccomend this for others. No kettle or other aminities in the room. The wasroom supplies were only a body soap. There was no dental kits available. The towels provided was untidy

This hotel doesn't even deserve one star only thing is, it is at a very prime location and accessible to all sorts of transport system. The staffs are very rude.... Mr Sadiq acts like as if we have visited his own house. I booked through Fab hotels directly in a centralised phone call, I had booked room with breakfast but Mr Sadiq was like "Fab is offering without our permissions" so I had to pay 150 rupees extra. The room is a mess I'm attaching the photos and videos. It is full of best and insects. The washrooms are horrible with all sorts of insects and there is an outlet in the washroom also which smells hell. In the night you will not be able to sleep peacefully also, there is a bar beside the hotel which is not at all suitable for a family. Video is attached When you ask for extra towel it will not be available.. So when you stay in this hotel you should bath only in the morning. In the end Mr Sadiq told Fab is a broker and he is going to change the contract. Overall Horrible stay worst experience.
