The location is good. The room in which I stayed was clean and today.

I want to share my exp was terrible. Room did not have air conditioner. Fan was working at speed of 3 . We were sweating inside the room. TV wifi was not working . Food as per our choice was not available. We had to order food from zomato. It charged us rs 650. Exp was terrible. I want my refund . This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The management is arrogant, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. Instead of resolving issues, they argue and behave as if guests are doing them a favor by staying there. The staff is rude, poorly trained, and disrespectful. Basic hospitality is completely missing. Every interaction felt hostile and unpleasant. The hotel seems to operate with the sole intention of extracting as much money as possible. There are hidden charges, unnecessary rules, and absurd terms and conditions that are conveniently revealed only after you’ve checked in. This feels less like hospitality and more like deliberate exploitation. The room condition was terrible—poor hygiene, bad maintenance, and facilities that were either broken or unusable. The reality is nothing like the photos shown online. Overall, this place is a complete scam in the name of a hotel. Save your money, save your peace of mind, and stay somewhere else.

The hotel did not meet the expectations promised by FabHotel at all. Even though the property is also registered under OYO, the room quality was extremely poor. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and blankets were stained and unclean, and overall hygiene was completely ignored. The walls were in very bad condition with visible seepage, making the room look damp and poorly maintained. There were no proper basic arrangements, and the washroom door did not even have a lock, which felt very uncomfortable. The window was left open and poorly covered with curtains, adding to the inconvenience. On top of this, the owners behavior was not good or cooperative, which made the situation worse. Overall, this was a very bad experience and one of the worst stays, especially when booking via FabHotel. Not recommended at all.
