"Pathetic experience, breakfast was not provided till 10am, upon calling customer care temporary breakfast was made available which was bread and egg thats it. Nothing else. Upon asking for black pepper the waitor said sorry sir we dont have, that pretty much to state what preparation the restaurant did for the breakfast. Pathetic experience , i want my money back, even after calling customer care things are mot resolved. One last stop after this would be to tag fab hotel on social media."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight."
