"The hotel was pathetic, no water bottles, no cups or kettle, no table. Dust in the room and the room was very small, The mirror table was broken and there were cockroaches alongwith no soap or handwash given. We had to literally call them for everything upon that no way of ordering food. Hotel staff was banging our door in the middle of the night around 2.30am. The only good thing was the staff were welcoming n helpful. Overall a really bad experience after paying so much for a hotel. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this place."

"I strongly advise against booking a stay at any FabHotel. Most of the positive reviews here appear to be fake, likely posted to artificially inflate the overall rating—they are far from reflecting the actual experience. I originally booked a different FabHotel through Expedia and paid for it over a month in advance. When I arrived, the reception was unstaffed, and there were loud construction noises. After some time, a staff member who spoke only Hindi approached me and handed me a phone number. When I called, I was informed that the hotel I had booked was closed, and I had been internally rebooked to another FabHotel. However, there was no assistance offered on how to reach the new location, leaving me to walk for 25 minutes under the scorching sun with two suitcases. When I finally arrived at the reassigned hotel, "FabHotel Prime Emerald Highland," the reception there had no knowledge of my rebooking. After a quick phone call and showing my booking confirmation, they assigned me a room. The hotel was in disrepair—partially resembling an unfinished construction site and, in some areas, a junkyard (see photos). The pool was green and clearly neglected, making swimming there impossible. The room itself was completely rundown and unacceptable. Fortunately, Expedia was able to help later that evening and moved me to a proper hotel. My advice: Opt for international hotel chains with established standards to avoid such unpleasant surprises. Unfortunately, situations like this are not uncommon in India. Paying a bit more for safety, cleanliness, and reliable quality is well worth it."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. "Worst experience with Fab Express Holiday Suites in South Goa. There was no one to help us upon arrival at midnight 12, and the property was under construction. The place was so stinky and rats everywhere. Vikas from reservations team who suggested this hotel and took advance payment was so rude and disconnected our calls after our 12-hour journey in heavy rain. Fab Hotels has terrible customer service. Never recommending! #FabHotels #Goa #fabexpressholidaysuites"

"Very disappointed with Fab. After paying advance amount and getting booking confirmation, I drove 600 kms with my 83 Yr old father and after arriving there I was told that my booking is not done in The Kings Court. I was placed in another hotel which did not have lift and also was not at all 3 star hotel. With such a bad experience and rude behavior of customer service staff, Never in my life I am going to book with Fab."
