Awesome experience staying at FabHotel Swarnam Panjim. Rooms and washrooms were clean and neat. Location is perfect with a peaceful environment and very close to Old Goa Church. Service was really quick and special mention to Pundlik and Ram for their Service. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it.
FabHotel Shakti Palace
Best room at an affordable price, only thing is economy rooms are very tiny, Apart from these every thing is good and above the average , Food is very nice
FabHotel Shakti Palace
The room was very clean and comfortable location in ponda The food was delicious and breakfast dinner very good hotel
FabHotel Shakti Palace
The hotel is located in the center of Ponda city and in the middle of the market. They have limited parking for up to 4 vehicles. The rooms are maintained very well and are also clean and hygienic. I stayed in 2 different rooms for 2 days and the TV was not working in both of them. Service is top notch and price is affordable for such a property.

Road touch location. Pure vegetarian menu card but you can order non veg meals from outside. Karmali Railway station is nearby.

Value for money but could have been better. Request was room for couple. There was an additional single bed. If I remember correct cost was little higher but a smaller room had a balcony but this didn’t.

Hi. I recently visited Goa and below are my reviews 1) No Lift/ elevator. As such it would be difficult for the elderly people. Carrying bag packs if your room is allocated at the top floor 2) AC issue: cannot monitor the temperature as it's still to 1 particular temperature. 3) Food not that great 4) staffs are limited, need to follow up multiple times.

Please read this review before booking.Reached early morning and had called and informed in advance about it and they said that if room is available we will give or will have to wait till 11 am . I did request please try as I am traveling with a baby and they said will check on arrival . If early check-in is not an option don't give the option to even mention it on the app. I understand it's based on availability but was traveling with a 8 months baby and this was informed a day prior. On arrival no one came to help with carrying the luggage although there was someone at the desk watching the phone ,didn't bother to help even after seeing me with a baby and a lot of luggage. When I asked for a room he said wait for 10 mins .So I waited and my baby was crying for milk . My baby is still on mother's milk so asked to provide a place with no camera so I could feed my baby. Was taken to a hall and said I will put a mattress on the ground. I am a single mum with obesity , felted mocked at when I was asked to sleep on the ground to feed my baby. And then said can give a room for 2 hours at a cost of 1.5 k . After a 15 hr journey and no place to feed my child I had no option but to pay for a room for 2 hours which is so overpriced. I didn't negotiate and paid just 1k but still was too much . The Manager said we are doing this as a courtesy as they don't give rooms for early check-in if no rooms are present, how is that a courtesy , when you have charged me 1k for a 2-3 hours stay ? That's not courtesy that's taking advantage of the situation. . The room given was a changing room behind a stage of a hall , which means that room won't be used unless there is a party or event happening , then why charge so much when u know that place is already booked and have paid 8.5 for 4 days , and was asking just for a place to feed my child . Really felt robbed but again they took advantage of a single mother who was asking for help at a cost. Shameful.Later when called for tea and coffee , it arrived cold and when I tried calling the help desk from the phone in the room the number didn't go thru after multiple attempts. Had to search for the hotels number on the internet to call. When called the manager said we "we send it hot and not cold " .Why would I lie that it's cold. Again this is after a hectic journey of 15 hours , with a baby , paid extra for a room just for 2 hours . After calling calling 3 times and waiting for 20 mins finally got the tea and coffee thankfully hot . No food in the hotel so you can order from nearby restaurants (few menus given by them ), Zomato or Swiggy. Please carry your own glass plate spoons and forks as not provided by the hotel when asked and had to eat in the boxes itself by hand. If eating outside it's ok but if in the room please carry your own cutlery. No medical around so make sure to carry any medicines needed.. When I called for housekeeping for clean towels and to sweep the floor as my baby wanted to be on the floor , it was informed they will come in the evening. When called in the evening , they said will come the next day after 7am as no one comes in the evening. Why would you say that in the first place . When called the next day at 7.15 and said it's breakfast time and to leave the key at reception if I was going out . It sounded very shady but had no option as needed new towels and I had to go out to do my last day shopping as I was checking out the next day early morning before 11 am but still had to pay for the whole day.The room was cleaned on day 3 of my stay.Although the room was clean I would never book this place again as it was very inconvenient for me. I didn't interact too much with the staff so can't say they were bad but again this place didn't work out for me.I have always taken places in North Goa but as I was here for the exposition took a place near the church which didn't work in my favour as the cabs were overpriced, the hotel was overpriced and wasn't treated well when I arrived. Hope this review helps them get better but sorry won't be coming back again .

Be careful!! Horrible experience with FabHotels Shakti Palace in Ponda. Arrived late night (10pm) from long flight at the reception to being told our reservation has been cancelled and the hotel was full so impossible to accommodate our stay. The decided to cancel our reservation on the day at 7pm because they considered we did not check in on time. And on top of that they send me an invoice of 1200 Rs for cancellation fee, which obviously I did not pay and will never pay. We ended up alone in Ponda in the middle of the night looking for a place to stay. Awful guidelines that FabHotel have, it’s a shame. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!!
FabHotel Shakti Palace
Service excellent inspite of very less man power. Couple persons were doing all jobs . Veg items in restaurant were good . Room were very small and AC on off was a big issue due to faulty voltage stabiliser in room 205 . No toiletries and asked for it . No power backup is also issue. Parking is very limited and no nearby place for parking.
