    "Lift facility was unavailable. Did booking through booking.com. Guest had difficulty using stairs being a senior citizen with disabilities. Although full payment was done for two nights, Hotel owner was kind enough to refund one night stay as we had to check out into another hotel. Such guest centric helpful attitude is truly appreciated"

Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"
