I reached at night but their response was good, staff behavior was also good and overall service was great.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Found this hotel on Fab hotels. Booked this as it was close to the river n on the highway. The staff was polite and courteous even during the busy Kanwar season and heavy rains. Our room was neat n clean with proper bedding, sheets and towels. For the 1400, I paid for it, I didn't expect a large sized room with tables and sofa chairs and a balcony plus room service. Their restaurant was decent too, we had our lunch n dinner there and food was good.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

I booked 3 hotel rooms through the Fab Hotel app at Fab Hotel City Pride Haridwar. Despite selecting my preferences for parking, room size, and connectivity, I was denied a room upon arrival with my family due to City Pride internal issues with Fab Hotel Company. After a lengthy discussion with Fab Hotels representatives, they offered to relocate my booking to another hotel without proper amenities or suitable parking. The situation was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with elderly parents and small children in tow. I reluctantly agreed to the change but was dissatisfied with the alternative arrangements. I am disappointed with the lack of proper service and facilities and have requested a refund from Fab Hotels. I would not recommend using this app to others based on my experience.

Worst service of fab hotels. I had booked 11 rooms through Fab Hotels 2 months ago and had made advance payment and they had also sent the confirmation, but at the time of check-in the hotel manager refused to give the room. Fab hotels person again shifted to guest to another hotel & again the property owner said that i can give you 7 rooms only. There is no responsible person available from Fab Hotels. All the guests were very upset. Please do not avail any services from Fab Hotels. This agency is fraud. they make fake commitments.

Very very bad experience.Both manager are greedy.we spent full night without AC,coz of not electricity cut but coz they switch off the AC point. Control of AC is in the hand of management.next day check out time was 11am but the manager cut the electricity of our room at 10am .same time lift was in working.very shameless act. Never suggest to anyone to stay here.shamless person. rate varies according to customer and time in the same day.like cost of tea cupcan easily vary from 30to 40rupees

This was one of the most pathetic experience to stay. I wont book FabHotels in future as there was no electricity and no AC worked for my rooms. But the guests who were paying directly at hotels were able to have electricity and ACs working in their rooms. The punishment was due to paying in advance. Moreover, FabHotels customer care didnt had any option to discuss with any executive. I would have opt for a full refund.

Very low service. Today I booked a room with my 2 kids and my father. I paid full ammount in advance at the time of booking on counter. But today at late night from 11 p. M to till now. I am suffering from electricity fail. Light fluctuations. Room has new ac. But due to light up down ac and fan r not working. And body is attending any phone calls. How memorable night.
