Stayed with them for about a week. Had a pleasant experience. Friendly staff, decent (Indian) breakfast and great location. Park street is 5 minutes walk away and New Market area is about 10 minutes by auto. It's on 2nd floor of a residential building with ample food options nearby. There were a few nagging things but overall a good budget stay.

The location is good, value for money ofcourse, but I had a little bad experience with the broken window of the particular room that I got, allowing mosquitoes to come inside. The staff are very helpful though.

While the service and location were above average, room needs upkeep. There were A) dust settled on the chair handle/ backrest B) toiletry was very scant and mini tooth paste was missing C) complimentary water was half a litre for each pax but should ideally be one litre each D) water from toilet shower flowed down in trickle E) there was no provision to have hot water, though some connection and piping were there F) toilet had an open drain and did smell a lot G) price is much above the market for the service H) lift need maintaining and some paint and greasing of the collapsible gate. The support staff, boys were very helpful and reception was courteous.. Overall the location and service was good

Overall all good but cleaning is not upto mark as per name of brand , towels and bedsheets need to be change with new one, but staff is good.

The hotel looked good in photos, though Google reviews were mixed, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, my experience was closer to the negative reviews. On arrival, I was shown multiple rooms – all had a damp, unpleasant smell, some had just been painted and the fumes hadn’t dried, making them unsuitable. I was travelling with my 68-year-old father, so staying in such conditions for 3 days was not possible, especially after paying a premium. After I raised my concern, the staff showed me another room. It was slightly better but still far from clean. Bigger rooms had stained, moldy sofas, the commode wasn’t properly cleaned, and the TV didn’t work until they replaced a broken remote. The staff kept repeating that they were giving me a “big room complimentary,” but honestly, I would have preferred a smaller, clean room instead. The only positive was that the staff were polite and tried to help, but the overall standards of maintenance, hygiene, and facilities were well below expectations. Sadly, I will not be choosing this hotel again and hope the management addresses these issues seriously.

Curtains inside bathroom as well as on windows are too much dirty, room floors are too much sticky and hair are all over the floor means no proper cleaning, no toilet paper are available here, bed sheets are too dirty and unorganized manner. I will suggest you, if anyone go to stay there, without proper inquiry don't book online. But one thing is absolutely good, that was staff, so humble, kind and cooperative.

During my stay from 9th to 13th July, 2025, my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The reception staff were unhelpful, impolite, and at times outright rude. Their attitude gave the impression that guest comfort was not a priority. The condition of the rooms was also unacceptable. The mattress, pillow covers, and bedsheets were not properly cleaned, and overall room hygiene was lacking. Basic room services were either delayed or completely unavailable. Adding to the inconvenience, the restaurant "Karim" operates on the ground floor and shares the same entrance as the hotel. During lunch and dinner hours, the lobby becomes overcrowded with restaurant visitors, leaving hotel guests standing outside on the pavement. This not only creates discomfort but also raises serious concerns about guest privacy and convenience. If the management is genuinely concerned about maintaining the hotel’s reputation, immediate attention and corrective action are essential.
