Despite there being scope for improvement in certain areas of the hotel, I truly appreciate the fantastic effort the team is putting into making guests feel valued. Their dedication to customer satisfaction shines through, especially thanks to one of the most courteous and professional staff members Ive come across. The warmth, respect, and genuine care shown in handling guest needs deserve a special mention. Its clear that the hotel is committed to providing the best possible experience, and with continued progress, theyre well on their way. Kudos to the team for their excellent customer relations and hospitality!

This hotel is situated in near Ram mandir Room cleaness is very excellent ,neat and clean Specially I am happy for breakfast in there hotel Food taste yummy

The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

Images shown on FabHotels app and what rooms the Hotel has is completely different. FabHotel needs to validate what they are displaying on their app. Hotel was good but now what O had booked as Room images & facilities were totally different. There was no Balcony

1.Throghout the night after power cut AC didn't work and in the morning when I asked at reception, he said 2.Hotel a new new person has joined and forgot to give AC connection with power bqck up. receptionist has taken the phone from.my hand for giving high rating without my consent

when we requested a new bedsheet, he casually said he would check if any extra ones were available, and if not, we would have no choice but to sleep on the dirty bed. Eventually, he brought another bedsheet, but that too was stained. When we pointed it out, he told us, White bedsheets will not always remain white, implying that we shouldnt expect cleanliness. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, as if we were staying free of cost. The entire experience was stressful, especially considering the importance of the next day for my wife. This is not the kind of service Ive ever experienced at Fab Hotels before. Very disappointing and disheartening.

Staff behaviour was so bad and thard class, they are not have any manners how to take, don't go in this hotel.
