"Smelly hotel rooms, A/C didn't work, toilet flush was not working, power sockets inaccessible, poor quality of service at reception, no proper communication on late check-out policy upon request. That'll be the end of fab hotels for me."

"The worst hotel I hv ever seen. The third class property. No water, no glass, no breakfast, no tea, no towels, no one available at reception for check in, no soap for bath, worst mattress,no proper lights, bad quality bedsheets, the 3rd class hotel I hv ever seen in life. It is not hotel, it is just a lodge or hostel. No telephone in room, no AC remote. Overall the worst horrible experience."

"I have only given 2 star as they considered my late checkin that too with lots of discussion otherwise i would have given 1 star to this property, absloutely terible stay. You will definetly find better properties in this price range. When i checked in AC wasnt working, linen were dirty, no provision to hang clothes in room or even washroom, you dont have anything to hang your towel even, they said they will change the room next day and change linen for first day but even after 3 reminders to multiple staff, they didnt change even linen, after 2 nights they changed linen, Tv wasnt there in room at all, towels provided were dirty, washrooms were not at all clean, there were roaches in the room. One good thing is staff is police and humble but that doesnt work till the time they are not solving your problem, they will just keep on with excuses and sorry with politeness."
