Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The food is just okay. It wasn't as great as Mughlai or Kashmiri non veg items should be. Ambience and service was good though. Prices aren't that reasonable either.

Very bad experience Even after calling them 3 times for room service they didn’t respond. Even ac didn’t work on genset, so in summers when temperature is soaring around 45 degrees, it will be very surprising for you. Nd one more thing room not worth the price. No personal grudges, just giving the honest reviews here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had paid an advance to secure a room for my Guest, but upon arrival he was informed that no room was available for him . This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management and booking system of the hotel. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and offered no alternative solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. My Guest was left stranded without any assistance. This lack of professionalism and accountability has left me with a terrible impression. I would not recommend this hotel..

It is the worst hotel so far,I made a booking from the mmt and it was clearly mentioned that unmarried couples are allowed so we came to the hotel and told them to show the room,they showed us the room and we liked it and then i told them that i already have the booking and already paid and then he was like oh you have to go downstairs and then said we don't allow unmarried couples as it is against our hotels norm after really showing us the room because they were asking for double amount of money as mentioned in the app,worst experience never book it online

Worst experience ever , the most disturbing hotels i have ever been in , staff non cooperative , lazy staff, take 2/3 hour to do a single work which is useless then , worst worst experience , pls avoid this place , disturbing environment , u cant even sleep properly , waste of money entirely , rooms worth rs 100 only , worst hotel in entire india

Paid in advance, confirmed the booking, and yet they refused us at check-in. No explanation, no accountability just sheer incompetence. This isn’t how you treat paying customers. If you value your time and peace of mind, look elsewhere. 1 star is more than they deserve.
