Fabulous Stay at Fabhotel Thejas Paradise, Coimbatore..!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fabhotel Thejas Paradise, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the clean, well-maintained rooms and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was courteous and attentive, always available to assist with any requests. The food, whether at breakfast or through in-room dining, was tasty and fresh, further enhancing the comfort of my stay. My stay at Fabhotel Thejas Paradise was fabulous, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Coimbatore. Whether you're in the city for business or a relaxing getaway, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

My requirement was that AC should work and should get hot water with good water pressure. Both was met and I also got early check in. Overall satisfied. If I do a solo trip again and just need room to put luggage and rest for short while I'll book it again. PS: Actual hotel does not look any where close to the photos. Set your expectations based on room rent you are paying.

Positive points: 1. Very courteous staff. They happily checked me in the middle of the night and also checked me out at 4:30 in the morning. 2. The breakfast was provided at room and it was very good. 3. Location is perfect, just about 5 kms from Coimbatore International Airport. 4. Hot water available throughout the day. Negative points: 1. The bathroom was too compact. 2. The room was also very compact, only one cloth hanger inside the small wardrobe, no other hangers available. 3. The TV had no set-top box. 4. Bedside charging point was loose.

Calls for improvement in providing basic necessities- soap, toothpaste, brushes - in Baths. The guest rooms also give a look of negligence by those who are to take care if them. The positive side is the comparatively cheap rates of the property. I liked the hospitality and courteous behaviour of the management and the staff and they took adequate care and attention. If I am offered the same property at Coimbatore for a second time, will definitely decline without a second thought.

The hotel room was good, but the receptionists behavior was disappointing. He was not welcoming, stayed busy on a phone call while keeping us waiting, and even reacted angrily when I asked why an OTP was required from my side for checkin. He should have been polite and explained rather than shouting at the customer, too rude.

Hotel is in a good location. Ten mins from the Airport. Room service was not at all upto the mark. They have cleaning personnel only till 6 PM. Folks in the reception were quite rude. Basement car parking has rat infestation. Rats bit off the wires and we had to incur charges that required insurance claims. There was no room for negotiation for anything. Because of room service issues, a couple of guests to find alternate accommodation elsewhere. The Fab Hotels account manager and the people at the hotel were extremely disconnected. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very poorly maintained, small size rooms, smoke smell, stinky towels. Nothing as shown in pictures online. Booked hotel for one price , was charged extra price. O made a reservation by calling customer care of fab hotels. A person named Aaysha made our booking offering some discount, so I paid the advance. But upon reaching hotel, discounted price was not reflecting in their app. I booked for 2000( I also had an email receipt stating this price) but the final price they took from me was 2700. The manager was absolutely rude and asked me to pay the full amount or just walk out of the hotel . That person who made booking promised to help put at every step of the stay, but when she stopped answering calls, no reply to whatsapp messages as well. Ridiculous customer service and a worst hotel to stay

The hotel and room were so bad, that we regretted the moment we stepped in. Room was old, small, barely clean and don't even get me started on the noise. It is on the main road and you can hear honking throughout the day and night. Bathroom was very small, with no place to stand and shower. There was complementary breakfast, which we did not want to avail looking at the poor hygiene of the place. Corridors looked like they had never been cleaned for months. Its not a 3 start hotel, could be worth 3/10. They put old photos in google and other hotel booking apps to cheat poor customers. Please shutdown the hotel.

I booked and paid for a triple occupancy room (double + single bed) through Booking.com. The hotel confirmed this arrangement in advance. However, upon arrival, they informed me that no such room was available. I had to settle for a smaller room and even pay extra for it. Both the AC and the fan were extremely noisy, making it impossible to use either. There was no hot water throughout the stay. Fab Hotel’s customer care is also disappointing. They readily answer calls for new reservations but ignore or keep you on hold indefinitely for existing booking issues.

Worst ever hotel experience i ever had in life.Asked to pay the full amount at check in time. The behavior of staff sitting in reception got changed immedietly and behaving rude and threatening. I checked out after few hours itself due to this. He should be legally handled for this kind of fraud he does throughout here. Am so sad about the people still gonna book here. Rating 0/10.
