Wifi was not working. Rest all good. Specially Mr. Pankaj. Gem person. On request he quickly arranged bonfire and even waived off dum aloo curry charges as it was not upto the mark. Kettle and hair dryer should be provided in rooms considering weather. Overall I am satisfied with Fab and hotel but please dont become OYO in future.
FabExpress Shami Inn
Stay was ruined due to bad location and unprofessional threatening behavior of manager Nothing at all starting from location to the uninformed pricing from Fab group and unprofessional behavior from staff and manager. My family was very annoyed by the location as it was very far from the hotspot of manali. Never recommended for any tourist. Yes if you are searching peace, loneliness and out of the world experience you are in for a treat. We were only guest in the hotel, sorry to my ignorance that i booked such a hotel. Everything. The location was the worst. Fab group dsnt have any option to add a kid with parents in one room as there is option to add only 2 people in a room. So where do the kid stay ? alone in single room? Goibibo, MMT, etc are far better in this respect. Secondly the hotel management did not inform us about the pricing of extra kid in a room otherwise i would have taken room in a different place in mall road. They charged us extra without any proper information, baseless bill and lately the manager threatened and humiliate us with their bad behavior. I and my family had the worst experience through online booking which i will never repeat. Fab group did not even bother to address my issue and closed the ticket without asking me. Fab and group of hotels are never recommended. Go for other online booking portal. Such a harrasment should never happen with someone.
