I had a fantastic stay at Hotel HC King! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. One of the standout features of this hotel was the breathtaking view from my room. I could see the city skyline and enjoy picturesque sunsets right from my window. I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked my stay online at a confirmed price, but after reaching out to them, they demanded more money on top of the amount I had already paid. They even asked me to cancel my online booking and pay directly to them at a higher rate, which is completely unethical and unprofessional. This kind of practice feels like a scam and is extremely unfair to customers who trust the online booking platforms. If a hotel cannot honor the confirmed booking price, they should not list themselves online. I would strongly advise others to be careful before booking here.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I had already made an online payment through the official Fab Hotels website before arriving, but the receptionist, Parveen Kumar, refused to acknowledge the booking and demanded a higher cash payment instead. This amount was significantly more than what I had paid online, and I have not received any refund for the original transaction. On top of that, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay even worse. I strongly advise others not to visit this hotel, and I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this unacceptable behavior and service.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.

The behaviour of the reception is very bad they Did not provide soad no room service tell them our man is in leave you have toh collect things from reception bed was very unfortable mattresses are cut ac was not even working properly even the washroom lock was broken walls are dirty toilet seat pipe was broken sawar was missing only the pipe is there when we tell to change our room they said our all rooms are full but in that floor only one room is occupied no other guests are there in. That floor ( i know this because door of other room is open for show casing their rooms) very bad experience. Liers even the location was not good
