The room is good and staff was extremely corporative and managing the property is very wholesome way there is a person in the reception idk the name of that uncle he is from Himachal he is very kind and helpful

First impression were worst as they gave me some damaged room, keede the har jagah, not even clean , then at evening time other staff changed my room which were good,clean and can say worthy......Food awesome, staff achha hai but dn feel management is good enough 3* is just for staff and food...not for rooms

First hotel attendant was good other one was not More cleaning is required bedsheets needs to be more hygienic and clean their own kitchen food was good but during night we asked them for dinner they ordered thali for us that was very bad

Dear visitors I request you please don't book this hotel via the Fab Hotel site. Because there is no customer care support. And if customer care person Pic your call then you will explain your problem then suddenly care person holds your call with info. And then no call back response. The property is very good but the hotel service is poor and the staff is not cooperative. I request the hotel manager please change my hotel due to the fact that the room quality was bad but he was not responding.i advance payment done by fabhotel site that' why he not respond. If possible return my amount of 3rd class experience with this deal. I am a IHG,ITC customer but there is a very bad response

Overall experience was pathetic.Me and my friend stayed there for a night and the experience was not less than a nightmare. Around 11 at night the staff kept knocking on the door asking for the key as someone from the next room lost his room keys and staff has no duplicate key to help that person. Even after refusing to open the door they kept calling us and knocking on our door. We being 2 girls staying there felt serious security and safety concerns. As we felt serious safety concerns, we won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

i earlier visited the place back in 2022.And I had a wonderful experience there. The staff was great, rooms were big, specious, and clean. The washroom was spacious and clean too. But my recent visit unfortunately will be the last one. I was extremely disappointed in how the quality could get degraded... The rooms felt dingy and so small, the chair in my room was dusty. I had expected so much better.

Pathetic stay at this properly, they promise something and then they deliver completely different, dont waste your time and money to book this hotel. The owner Sumit is very rude/arrogant & unprofessional and he doesnt have any understanding of customer satisfaction, he runs the kitchen also. Room size is very very small you cant walk in the room though, bed was queen size, No parking space at all, road to this property is completely damaged, they placed 3 curtains in space of 4 so whole lights come inside the room with low privacy. You have to ask for Towels and room cleaning by your own, bathroom doesnt have toiletries, its just 3rd class budget hotel. At the end they dont allow outside food and Hotels kitchen service is pathetic. First if you book room with BF inclusive they will ask you to pay more coz as per them BF is not FOC as per them if you have already paid for food that payment is gone to Fab hotels not us so pay more and once you order something they will start collecting things after your order then preparation will start means order would take 2hrs to deliver, I mean morning order will get delivered in evening. So pls keep one arm distance with this property. Moreover if you complaint Fab management they just revert that apologies nothing else so think wisely twice before booking this Hotel. By the way I booked this properly after checking ratings & Fab recommended, later I came to know that ratings was posted by hotel themselves not by actual customers. Still anyone wants to try pls do so on your own risk.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at GK Residency. I booked this property through MakeMyTrip for 4th. The hotel contacted me on WhatsApp multiple times before arrival, confirmed the booking, and even asked for my live location while I was travelling. When I reached the hotel around 11:00 PM, they suddenly said no normal rooms were available and only a suite was left. They forced me to pay an extra 1500 even though my booking was already confirmed. It was late at night and I had no other option, so I had to argue and finally pay extra. I contacted MakeMyTrip immediately and they had to speak to the property directly. Even after that, the staff kept asking for vouchers and behaved very unprofessionally. The room condition was extremely poor the toilet was dirty, not cleaned properly, and overall the room looked unhygienic and poorly maintained. This experience felt like a pressure tactic to force guests to pay more after arrival. Very disappointing service and extremely unprofessional behaviour. I would strongly advise others to be careful before booking this property.

I had booked this hotel room with complimentary breakfast included. However, I was not provided breakfast. The staff informed me that breakfast is served only at 10:30 AM. I had to leave for my office at 10:00 AM, so I could not avail the breakfast. If breakfast is included in the booking, there should be reasonable timing for guests who need to leave early. This was disappointing and inconvenient. Please ensure proper communication and flexibility for business travelers.

The blankets and pillows and bedroll were not washed and clean. Also the geysers and fan were not working for multiple rooms. Alongwith dirty rooms with lot of dust. Alongwith lack of security at the hotel. The staff was never present at the hotel and when seen were rude. Unclean and shayd rooms and what not. Everything was bad.
