Staff are cordial but the room alloted stenched a lot specially morning time. Geyser not working and panel of window was also broken and waiting to fall.

Pathetic hotel and services. They took extra amount even after confirmed booking by saying that there is no room left by saying that only 1 room is left and that is upper price from my booking. Although I paid I do not want some panic situation because I was with family. So paid. And I have paid the hotel with breakfast and guess what there is no kichen in that hotel. In the name of breakfast they are bringing Allo parathas from road side stall which would cost 30 rs and bring teas in small paper Cup would not more than 10 rs. I asked to bring coffe in cup but they don't have any cups. The mattress they provided there is no rui or cotton inside it. Tv was broken. I asked to change the room so changes TV. Broken footrest. Kettle water heater was not working asked to changed I asked some milk powder, green tree or coffee pouches but they don't have any. I have to asked dentel kit They provide 1 pouch of oil. 1 pouch of clinic plus shampoo Brushes was soo soo They clean my once in three day I asked them to clean they staff is not available right now on last day. I booked this because I don't want to spend much prices on hotel But I cost me alot more than 3000 rs per day. This hotel could not cost more than 1000 per day and this is max. The fab hotel is also pathetic they only need there commission and per know around 2000 amount goes to fab hotels.

The hotel did not meet the expectations promised by FabHotel at all. Even though the property is also registered under OYO, the room quality was extremely poor. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and blankets were stained and unclean, and overall hygiene was completely ignored. The walls were in very bad condition with visible seepage, making the room look damp and poorly maintained. There were no proper basic arrangements, and the washroom door did not even have a lock, which felt very uncomfortable. The window was left open and poorly covered with curtains, adding to the inconvenience. On top of this, the owners behavior was not good or cooperative, which made the situation worse. Overall, this was a very bad experience and one of the worst stays, especially when booking via FabHotel. Not recommended at all.
FabHotel Khandaka Mahal
We booked two rooms for three nights and prepaid the full amount. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the photos or the initial checkin. - *Room discrepancy:* We were first placed in a larger room, but were later moved to much smaller rooms with poor ventilation, no functional geyser, and insufficient storage space. - *Service:* No room service was offered during the entire stay. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms for four days, and bed sheets were never changed. - *Condition:* The hotel was under renovation, creating additional noise and mess. Our luggage was misplaced; the bag cover was returned damaged. - *Overall:* The mismatch between the advertised rooms and the actual conditions, combined with the lack of basic amenities and service, left us very disappointed.
FabHotel The Grand Luxury Stay
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. After taking Token amount, the team started pointing out issues and additional shortcomings which were never informed earlier. The booking was confirmed at a specific amount, however later we were charged more than the agreed booking price, which is completely unethical. Despite multiple calls and messages, the assigned team member (Anjali) stopped responding entirely. Due to this lack of communication, our guests faced significant inconvenience and stress. Worst of all, without prior information or consent, the confirmed hotel was changed and guests were shifted to a cheaper, lower-category hotel. This caused embarrassment and discomfort to our guests. Because of this experience, we will discontinue any future business and strongly do not recommend this service to others.
FabHotel Monsella
It was a terrible experience I had . First the Fab hotel Tulip didnot give me room as they has payment issues with group. Alternative hotel Fab Monsella was given after 1 hour discussion with Goibibo. When I came the rooms were not clean n I got the room after 30 min. Morning I found there is no hot water. They finally change the room after 1 day. It was in 4th floor n there is constant noise in the night . Breakfast took almost 1 hour to be served. Staff response time is very slow. Very terrible experience. This was my worst experience .
FabHotel Frolic Luxury Stay
Terrible experience, Door handle was broken no slippers were provided, no good- night, ground floor room, terrible noise, No hot water while I was taking shower. Overall pathetic service. Terrible room allocated since I have already paid for the room. Will never book next time

Very very worst experience. I booked room for 2 but when reach the hotel they provided me single bedroom and telling me booking from fab hotel app this is the only room will be given. I have also reported to fab hotel via mail but zero response . Worst hotel experience and also worst service from fab hotel
FabHotel Dream Palace IP Extension
Both me and my friend (females) faced a very negative experience from the moment we entered this hotel. The representative at the reception told us there is no one to assist to carry our bags. Then we had to drag our luggage and enter the place. The hotel representative was quite rude and tore off our aadhaar photopies rudely when we just told him to discard it due to our personal information. Later on this same person gave us a different room number that was already occupied by some other customer. We both felt very unsafe and uncomfortable due to all this. When we entered the room.. it was quite shabby and the washroom was very dirty with water logging in the toilet pot . We immediately left this place after this horrible experience. Never visit this place, it felt quite unsafe and would never recommend it to anyone.
FabHotel Dream Palace IP Extension
I would never book fab hotels and not recommend anyone. I had booked Via la Serene hotel but they shifted our stay at the last moment due to their internal conflicts, to Hotel dream palace which was the worst place as per their requirements mentioned in the hotel while booking online. Didn't get any of the basic amenities, there was just a bed to rest actually and the staff was rude too. Finding location was difficult as well. Bad service. First and last booking from fab hotels. Their was all the amenities including dining while booking from make my trip. Nothing was fulfilling after reaching the hotel. It's a scam I guess.
