Overall was good, there was smell in starting but after ventilation for 5min it got clear, tv was not recharged.

This is the worst experience I had in gurugram, the hotel staff was not supportive at all, they didn't provide water bottles, no one was picking up any calls, there is no AC remote available, I called like 5 times but no support available from any staff. Even the water bottle was not complimentary. At the check out they told me that you need to pay for water bottles and charged 30 ruppees each for 18 ruppees water bottles which is not legal btw. Wifi was real slow, no tv remote was available, no refrigerator even in their premium room, hotel staff was so rude and no one provide number of hotel manager. Worst experience ever!

I'm Sahil, booking ID CWHG0D . I discussed room charges with your executive Mr. Shyam Singh (+91 84475 13070), who confirmed 2000 including early check-in 7am. He ask me advance payment for booking I've paid 600 advance. However, upon check-in, I'm being asked 2461 (2361 rent + 700 early check-in). This was seems to contradict our initial agreement i want to refund the charges and resolve this ASAP Sahil

There is a smoking smell in the room and a match box is on the table. Dustbin is not clean

Receptionist was arrogant and completely misbehaving it completely misutilzing customer rights they do not intimate anything and Reception lock the door for harassing for money to the customer i have paid 3360 rupees for 1 day due to there misacknowledging me
