The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. Javed Ji checked us in, and it went very smoothly. He was very polite and everything was excellent overall. The staff was also very good, the location was good, and the hygiene was maintained properly.

Had a really pleasant stay at FabHotel Shree Priyasharnam, Chaitanya Vihar, Vrindavan. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was very good. The location was also convenient for visiting the nearby temples and places in Vrindavan. Overall, everything was good and we had a comfortable stay. Definitely recommended for a peaceful and family-friendly stay in Vrindavan.

The poor hygiene was not just an inconveniencemy wife developed a skin reaction on her hand, which made the experience even more concerning and distressing. It was extremely disappointing to see such poor housekeeping and such an irresponsible attitude from the staff. A good property means very little if basic cleanliness and guest service are not maintained. Overall, a very pathetic and disappointing experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping, hygiene standards, and staff responsiveness.

Room walls are damaged at lot of locations the lift is not available from ground floor as hotel reception is at 1st floor every time you need to ask these staff to get a card and wait long to use it from ground floor as I was travelling with old people

Pillows are full of hairs.location wise ok, and staffs are also good, but room needs basic cleaning before handover.

Extremely Disappointing & Unacceptable Stay at FabHotel Pearl Square, Jaipur My family recently stayed at FabHotel Pearl Square, Jaipur for 3 days with 6 rooms, and unfortunately, the entire experience was pathetic and completely unacceptable. The hotel has some very serious basic-service and safety issues that need immediate attention from FabHotels management: * No electricity backup at all despite having a lift, there was no backup facility for the lift or even basic lighting. * At around 3 AM, the electricity went out and the entire hotel went completely dark. We were staying on the 3rd floor, which was extremely concerning, particularly for a family with elderly members and children. * The rooms allocated to us were extremely dirty, poorly ventilated and had a strong cigarette-smoke smell. * Washroom basin waste pipe was leaking. * Toilet seats were yellowish and covered with dirty stains. * Bathroom taps were continuously leaking. * Most importantly, all these issues were reported immediately at the time of room allocation, yet absolutely nothing was properly addressed until checkout. This clearly reflects a complete lack of accountability and housekeeping/service standards. * The so-called kitchen facility was another disappointment it practically only serves tea and has no proper waiter/service support. * At checkout, the hotel attempted to add unnecessary charges to the bill, including food/tea charges that had already been paid in advance. This is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about billing transparency. For a family booking 6 rooms for 3 days, we expected basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, electricity backup and professional service. Instead, we were left dealing with problems throughout our stay. The most disturbing part is that these concerns were reported immediately, yet the hotel management failed to take corrective action. What is the point of having a complaint mechanism if genuine issues are simply ignored? I strongly urge FabHotels senior management to investigate this property and take immediate corrective action. This is not merely about an unpleasant stay lack of electricity backup in a multi-storey hotel, including a lift, is a serious safety concern. I would strongly advise FabHotels to review the operations and service standards of this property before accepting further family/group bookings. First the location was incorrect it was inside narrow streets, secondly its not a hotel but a dorm type small tidy room which i didnt expected from fabhotel, also the image is fake and ai generated, also parking is not available at the hotel. Its totally a different hotel listed and totally different image, its like 300-400 rupees room not more than it but is listed at 1500

Third class guest house. It was nowhere like the photos provided at the time of booking. Total cheat, will never stay again and will pass on thr word to as many people possible.

Misleading photographs on app.bedding was shabby and filthy. Washroom was very dirty/un hygienenic,flash not working

At the time of booking they said 30% over charge for early check thats why I decided to stay their after that the property staff said their is a fix fee 500 rupee for early checkin but the actual amount i paid for stay is 1230/- which is given by the fab hotel customer care executive . According yo that my amount for early checkin is 369 and they charged 500 thats not fair
