A 7-Star Experience at Hotel LEEFAdeep!** This was truly one of the most memorable hotel stays my family has ever had. We visited with our 4-year-old daughter and were amazed by the warmth, care, and hospitality shown by the entire team at Hotel LEEFAdeep. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was refreshing and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a unique combination of culture, art, and handmade decorations that give every corner a special charm. You can feel the love and effort that has gone into creating this place. Our room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and beautifully prepared. It felt less like a hotel room and more like a space designed with genuine care and attention to detail. One thing that touched us deeply was how the hotel management provided milk for our daughter whenever needed, multiple times, without charging anything extra. Such thoughtful gestures are rare and show how much they truly care about their guests. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to **Neha**, who managed our stay perfectly and made sure everything was comfortable and hassle-free. Now, coming to the foodabsolutely outstanding! Every dish was freshly prepared and customized exactly according to our preferences. The chef went above and beyond to create meals that suited our taste, and the quality was exceptional. What impressed us the most was their commitment to healthy cooking: **no maida, no palm oil, and fresh organic vegetables**. The difference in taste and quality was clearly noticeable. Another unique feature is that you can actually see organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices growing around the property and balcony areas. It was a pleasing stay. I was travelling solo and I was worried about female safety issues but the staffs were very supportive and reassured me. Overall I am very satisfied.

Food was good , room was good, good location near paras hospital, just 5-min walk

Cockroaches allover the room. Toilet jet spray leaking. Washbasin choked. No bottled mineral water available even for sale. Staff very indifferent

The hotel had a good rating on the website and was advertised as a new property. However, my actual experience was extremely disappointing. The first room allotted to me was in an unacceptable condition. As soon as I opened the door, I found food waste scattered inside the room and several cockroaches running around. I immediately informed the reception and requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The linen was dirty, there were paan/gutka stains on the walls, and the WC was in a terrible condition. I have attached photographs for your reference. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, hygienic rooms, and clean linen are fundamental expectations for any guest. The condition of the property was far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the photographs displayed on the website do not remotely represent the actual condition of the hotel. The difference between the advertised images and reality is significant and misleading. The experience was so unpleasant that I could not sleep properly throughout the night. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and will seriously reconsider using FabHotels in the future. I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken.

I had bad experience with this hotel and fab hotel,The manager was greedy. He didn't return the extra amount . I paid him extra then I showed him he charged more . He didn't return the balance amount and said contact company. The customer service of the fab hotel is not good either way. I had to waste one hour on them ,I still didn't get the refund. And the they say on call early check-in is possible but when you go there an extra amount is charged even for 10:00 am. Also starting one hour power cut out . I didn't find the manager decent. He could've acted right but didn't.

The room had a strong smell on entering. I complained about it the next day and requested a room change. My request was declined. There was seepage on the wall. Paint was peeling off. Sheets were not clean enough. Breakfast was available only after 9. Pictures on Google and on the app are completely deceiving. Very dissatisfied with the room and the service. Will not recommend.

Very poor hotel with zero amenities at this price ! Never booking from fabhotels again !
