It's excellent nd comfortable stay, everything was maintained nicely at hotel, service staff nd entire team was very supportive, great stay nd experience.thnx for everything team grand olive..

The rooms were very clean and spacious..the linens were neatly maintained..Food is good and maintened well hygene.Staffs are very nice and courteous..The front desk manager & Mr.Anil Kumar was very helpful..Nice calm location with balcony and sunlight in this winter cold added additional comfort..

Scam alert !!!! Denied check-in even though fully paid booking from Fabhotel app. They asked for 1500 extra for 2 days booking on original booking otherwise leave the property.

No location invalid according to map location also no board for this fab hotel and no one even receptionist desk and staffs are also not there. It is just like a pg when someone came he will manage his things on his owns like breakfast, lunch and dinner-water or many things you Jane to just Zomato or Blinkit even after paying the hotel amount there is totally waste of money. I am not recommending any of u to stay in this hotel. There is one boy name Atul is totally chutiya person he does not even know how to manage the guests in his hotel very very rude behaviour behnchod gaandu hotel please block these hotel I am requesting fab hotel please deregister this hotel.

I prefer not to book this hotel. They are scamer, I did my online booking 4 days before my arrival and paid almost 50 % rs/- When I reached to the hotel they told me there is no bedroom available and they sold it in black. But I had all my reservations and I requested politely but they just ignored and said look for other. Even they are doing it with other clients also. But I had a knowing person in delhi police and when he talked with them they provide me the room. They had available room but they want to sale it in black and doing stupid act unnecessarily. Lol

My stay was extremely terrible. At the time of check-in, the room that was allotted to me already had a missing key. Later, when I requested a water bottle from the hotel staff, I was informed that it was unavailable. After that, I asked for a towel, and again I was told that it was not available. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I had to vacate the hotel the same evening. Overall, it was the worst service experience from FabHotel.

The hotel did not meet the expectations promised by FabHotel at all. Even though the property is also registered under OYO, the room quality was extremely poor. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and blankets were stained and unclean, and overall hygiene was completely ignored. The walls were in very bad condition with visible seepage, making the room look damp and poorly maintained. There were no proper basic arrangements, and the washroom door did not even have a lock, which felt very uncomfortable. The window was left open and poorly covered with curtains, adding to the inconvenience. On top of this, the owners behavior was not good or cooperative, which made the situation worse. Overall, this was a very bad experience and one of the worst stays, especially when booking via FabHotel. Not recommended at all.

It was a terrible experience I had . First the Fab hotel Tulip didnot give me room as they has payment issues with group. Alternative hotel Fab Monsella was given after 1 hour discussion with Goibibo. When I came the rooms were not clean n I got the room after 30 min. Morning I found there is no hot water. They finally change the room after 1 day. It was in 4th floor n there is constant noise in the night . Breakfast took almost 1 hour to be served. Staff response time is very slow. Very terrible experience. This was my worst experience .

Fabhotels are very bad properties. It is very difficult to contact Fabhotels headquarters and there is no solution to any problem. It is a complete fraud.I booked a Fabhotel in Jaipur with my family. We faced a lot of problems from Fabhotels, wasted a lot of money, and still didn't get any services.

I had to leave the hotel in 5 minutes as it is not a place to be with family. It is a worst hotel. It should be wiped out from website. I had made full payment for two days still I left this worst place
