My Favourite location of choice of hotel Star residency hotel near by new International airport but I think so very very best hotel and comfortable by all room comfort stay & all staff behaviour is best and Reception boy is very best behaviour and body language all room provided by AC,TV, Gijar etc.Star residency hotel is the service of all compare of economic cost & network is fully.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

I have a bitter experience while leaving the hotel. Today morning at 4 am while checking out it was heavily raining and it was very difficult to cross over to the road to catch the taxi for airport as the ground between the hotel and the road was full of slush and water. I had to cross over through knee deep slush water to catch the taxi. I had to travel through out wearing smeared shoes and pants. If there is no proper access to the hotel from the road , it will be very difficult during rainy season.

Being a hotelier by profession, I know the hotel operations in detail. I am glad that I chose this property. The facilities were great and service was great too.

I booked a stay here for 24hrs by calling on Fabhotels helpline number.. The agent Sandeep +91 99918 51853 helped me booking my stay and i paid 500 advance also asked for window room the agent said yes and told me that I have updated later on it turns out that the hotel manager gave me a non window small room and when I said I have asked for window he said that I don't know all that pls contact the app helpline and charged 500 extra for window room where I have already paid the amount given on app invoice.. So overall it's a bad experience for me and got scammed by both the customer care and hotel. I would never recommend fabhotel and especially Fabexpress Hotel Konak to anyone.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I booked a hotel through your platform, trusting your service, only to arrive at a property that was nothing short of a nightmare. The room had no air conditioning, was filthy, and reeked of a foul, unbearable stench—like something rotten. To make things worse, your customer support was completely unhelpful and indifferent. It's clear that this platform is misleading users under the guise of being a hotel booking app. To all fellow travelers: you're better off walking around and finding a place in person than relying on this app. This has been nothing but a scam.

I had booked a room in Fab Hotel 3 days in advance. After traveling in train the whole night, I reached the hotel at 5 in the morning and after going to the hotel I found that no room was booked for me. After that I roamed around for 2 hours, then they booked another hotel for me. So please do not book in Fab Hotel, they commit fraud and I have put my complaint against them in grievances. So don't booking with fab hotels.

Staff behaviour was not at all good, ac was not functioning properly, 1 towel amd 1 bedsheet given only which was smelling, horrible thing is there was cockroch and mosquitoes . . I am fab customer from long time but this experience i never get till now.
