"Firstly room was not given as per the picture then i asked for the same room they said we have only 2 or 3 rooms like that which are shown in online. Questioning to that we want the same room the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking, when i told him ill talk to customer care then he told me to wait they will same that room. Overall room was disappointing."

"Room was very small. Stairs were so steep and high.Extra pilow was not given. Drinking water bottles were not sealed. Washroom sink was dirty. The instant geyser seemed dangerous. All in all was not a pleasant experience."

"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"Bed linen was not changed first 3 days. WC in bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Very bad odour in bathroom area. There is no window in the room. No ventilation in the room. AC remote was off. TV was suddenly turning off. Had to request to clean the room, they did not clean it themselves, Hand towel was not provided overall stay. All housekeeping staff need to train properly. (The person who clean the bathroom, dont have proper chemicals and WC Brush)"

"Worst experience , I will never use Fab hotels anymore . The customer service said I can adjust my kids and they will book 3 beds and pay for extra bedding . What actually happened was a joke . I got a room of 2 people , the hotel was clueless . They also said the Fab hotel customer services always goof up as they over sell everything and do not inform the hotel . The hotel then gave me a 3 room and charged me extra . Bizarre and Bad management ."
