Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Booked from Fab Hotel. Told to pay more to get good room. Rooms are Ok. Cleanliness is fair. Cigarette smell all over. Bathroom is very dark with just one light in centre. The flow of water from Basin tap was less. Towels didn't seem clean. Not a good view from window. Telephone was not working. Called on mobile. Nobody answers. Had to manually visit reception for giving food order. Food taste and quality was good. If you are tight on budget, this hotel is ok to stay.

Room was basic, day one I have seen big rat inside the room and not cleand also , chicken bones were under the chair. Then they changed the room. There were no windows. Always remained very very bad smell. Food services were very much slow. One cup tea received more than 2 hours after ordered. Foods are also same. Foods are over priced. Room service guys asked money everyday after cleaning. Over all not at all happy.

One of the worst experience of my life. Fabhotel didn't provide correct invoice. They included 18% GST instead of 12% GST. I would say not to book any hotels using FabHotel. Worst platform to book any hotel.

I cannot believe the sheer audacity of this hotel and its management! I booked a premium room *three weeks* in advance, paying extra for it, and when I arrived, I was told that the premium room was unavailable. The receptionist was incredibly rude, offering me a downgrade to a "deluxe room." Seriously?! I paid for a premium room, and this is how I'm treated? I immediately called customer care, expecting a resolution, but instead, they arrogantly told me I could either "adjust" or take a room at a different hotel *10 kilometers away*. Unbelievable! Why the hell would I want to travel 10 km away when I specifically booked this hotel for its proximity to my exam center? This is beyond unprofessional; it's downright fraudulent! I didn't raise my voice because I had an exam the next day, but honestly, I shouldve. The room condition was absolutely disgusting. I have photos and videos of the filth cockroaches everywhere, broken toilet ceilings, and visible fungus growing on the walls. No proper furniture, and the room was so poorly maintained, I couldn't even stand it. And the window? A complete joke! It was covered with boards and had no outer visibility. To top it off, pigeons had completely ruined the area. Fab Hotel's customer care arrogance is truly next level! Their complete lack of respect and accountability is beyond frustrating. I will absolutely make sure to post all the images and videos of the room's pathetic condition online for everyone to see. People need to know the truth about how this hotel treats its customers and the disgusting state of its rooms. Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering staying heresave your money and sanity by choosing *anywhere else*. This place is a disgrace, and their management deserves to be called out! I paid nearly 2.4k for ONE night in this dump, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. This hotel should be ashamed of itself. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's a total scam and a disgrace. Never again!

Room service is pathetic there was no AC remote, no room freshner was applied and there was no TV remote after checking in, there was no basic stuffs such as water bottles as well we have to ask them for all these stuffs and the worst part is you cannot order food from outside the guy in the reception was illiterate and mannerless he misbehaved because we ordered food from Domino's and not from his restaurant he doesn't know how to treat customers and he said never to come from next time we paid the full amount but we checked out in the midnight it's a worst experience I have ever had with this hotel

Such properties are not suitable for reputation of FabHotels. 1. Room was not clean. 2. Room lock was not proper and as such locking room was a tedious job. 3. There was no intercom in the room. 4. There was no room service at all. Actually there was elf service only. The only way you get what you wanted was to go downstairs ask on reception for the same. That was the quality of so called room service there. I recommend FabHotels to delist such property.

Need to improve service, the tv set up box is not working, after complaining he came after 30 min and still it won’t work. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff behaviour is the worst. Hospitality is O. I would stay in the waiting room of the railway rather than this accommodation. The glasses were smelling. There’s no amenities in room. No telecoms for housekeeping and room service. Need to call on cell phone every time.

Very bad experience in 3 night stay only get 1 time breakfast and timing of breakfast was 11.30am cheap locality condom trash packets found in drawer no proper cleaning lot of mosquito and insect not at all good for family or solo business trip very very baad experience need my money back
