Worst bad experience

The place was fantastic, the people there, the management of course is on another level, and friendly as well. And the rooms were really well maintained. That place should definitely be pinned in one's book for a stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, though they are a bit small. They do provide food, but it is sourced from an external restaurant, which might be a factor to consider for some guests. While the room rate of ₹2,750 per day feels slightly on the higher side for the space offered, the property is very convenient and exceptionally clean. Safety is not a concern here, as the premises feel secure and well-managed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you are considering a stay. Hope this review helps!

Geyser was fault so couldn't get the hot water there. No parking space for vehicle. Drinking water was not available. Very short rooms.

Rooms were not at all near to the photos shown, very small and readers rooms, not cleaned, no drinking water provided. Staff is not helpful at all and very rude. Had very bad experience

Please don’t believe the fake ratings — this is a scam hotel putting up fake 5-star reviews. They don’t even have enough rooms for the number of ratings they seem to get every single day. I booked Hotel Landmark Residency after confirming with Fab Hotels customer care that I could check in early around 10 AM and check out the same day at 8 PM, without staying overnight. I even paid the full day’s charges for this arrangement. A day before my booking, I was told early check-in might not be possible, but they gave me the room at 10:45 AM, which was acceptable. However, the real shock came at 6:45 PM, when the staff insisted we check out immediately, threatening extra charges if we didn’t leave, just because they got another booking. They had no hesitation in pressuring us, even though it caused distress and panic, especially to my wife. This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. Totally unacceptable for a hotel with location in city like Mumbai

1. Customer service said to make advance and remaining shall be paid upon vacating. However receptionist demanded to pay in full for the stay duration. Disappointment. 2. For a single person stay, a room with 2 seperate beds is assigned. Disappointment. 3. Receptionist on 26th June assured to give bill on 27th morning. When asked for bill on 28th evening, for the amount paid in full for 3 days stay, another receptionist says shall give the bill upon check out only. Disappointment 4. I ordered for 1 idli, 1 vada, 1 masal dosa combo and get 2 idlies 2 vadas combo. Disappointment 5. The same menu change continued for day 2 as well and had to argue tk get it changed and received a cold dosa. Disappointment 6. Room cleaning is not done till you come back in the evening. Food plates have created foul smell in the room. Beds not tidied up. Disappointment 7. Finally the bill. 13004 was paid by me and they give me a bill of 12118. Difference is not paid back and no clarity for the same. Looters? I was forced to stay here as they took 13k from me. Will never recomend this place to anyone.

I had an utterly disappointing and infuriating experience with Abhinav, the manager. He initially quoted ₹18,000 for a 5-day stay at a specific hotel, took an advance payment, and then pulled a bait-and-switch on the 9th, claiming the hotel was fully booked. Instead, he offered an alternative hotel for one day without any prior notice. To add insult to injury, the hotel owner demanded an additional ₹1,200 for a bigger room, revealing that Abhinav had only paid ₹1,300. This blatant dishonesty led to a frustrating ordeal, wasting hours roaming around until 6 pm. It's appalling that the agency's employee resorted to cheating and taking advantage of clients. We were forced to pay a total of ₹20,700, a staggering ₹2,700 more than the agreed amount. They could have directly said that we won’t have rooms for 18k but they gave me guarantee about rooms nd after paying the advance which was 4,780 something they started this drama This experience exposes the agency's shady business practices, and I would caution others to be wary.

Very rude receptionist when I check in previous time he suggest me for bathtub room I go for it and I like it when I check out then hi give me his card to book directly and giving discount whenever I book then I call him today for checking he told me some price and I said you told me that you are giving me discount then he refused and said lena hai to lo ye price mein nhi to kahi aur dekh lo I said why are you talking like that I am not using fre I suggest to all of you go 2- star hotel even lodge but don't book here manerless reception he even don't know how to talk with customer and I also told receptionist I know your owner he gives me discount receptionist directly say owner ne bola to kya hua mai ider rehta ho jo price bola usme lena hai to lo nhi to time kharab mat karo don't go there and waste your time
