1 AveragePoor service and fake ratings: a terrible hotel experience here’s the translation: "we arrived at the hotel 2.5 hours before our check-in time, and they charged us a good amount of extra money but refused to give us a bill for it. when we entered the hotel room, the bedsheet, pillow cover, and quilt were all dirty. when we asked them to change them, they initially refused, and only after asking two or three times did they change them. the towels provided were torn and dirty, and the geyser was so bad that we had to bathe in cold water. the food was not only overpriced but also of very poor quality. never book this hotel; its rating is fake."Brij Mohan, 17 Aug

1 AverageThe hotel charged us very high rates for a room with balcony and view. but gave us a small room with no balcony. upon asking, they said either take it or cancel the booking. they didn't provide any toiletries. when asked they said they will get a shampoo satchet from the nearest shop. they had confirmed about vehicle parking but we were made to park on the roadside. non-vegetarian food was not available. there are no hangers or holders in the bathroom. no handwash as the handwash bottle is broken. the stay was pathetic, but i had to take it as all other hotels were full for the christmas holidays.Ashirbad Satapathy, 24 Dec

5 FabulousWe booked a room with a view and was blown away with a beautiful sunrise, red skies and the silhouette of the mountains all from the comfort of our bed. the owner lent us his scooter free of charge to visit the area and could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. it is a family run place and they generally care that you enjoy your stay. food was good, coffee amazing and very reasonably priced. i’d book it just for the sunrise but with the hospitality added this place ticks all the boxes, good wifi and hot shower too.Sleealexander, 13 Jan

5 FabulousHad one of the best stays of my life here. the owner is extremely welcoming and they even offered us a free upgrade. the breakfast was also really delicious and very home-like. the location is almost 1km away from mall road which you can easily walk or you can hire a scooty which the owner will arrange for you. the view from the room was also breathtaking. there is no lift though so if someone has elderly people with them then that might be an issue. apart from that i would highly recommend this hotel.Priyanshi Rajoriya, 2 Jun
