"Worst experience , I will never use Fab hotels anymore . The customer service said I can adjust my kids and they will book 3 beds and pay for extra bedding . What actually happened was a joke . I got a room of 2 people , the hotel was clueless . They also said the Fab hotel customer services always goof up as they over sell everything and do not inform the hotel . The hotel then gave me a 3 room and charged me extra . Bizarre and Bad management ."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at FabExpress Deluxe Comfort. Despite arriving well past the check-in time of 11 AM (at 2 PM), the room was not ready, and the staff only began cleaning it after our arrival. The room allotted to us was far below acceptable standards. It was very small, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor of water seepage and smoke. The bed linens were old, stained, and far from clean, while the bath towels provided were in a similar unhygienic state. The bathroom ceiling was dripping continuously, creating a damp environment and an unbearable smell. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would. Moreover, the room lacked proper ventilation and was nothing like the photos displayed on the website. To make matters worse, we discovered a dead cockroach under the bed, which was extremely off-putting. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever experienced. I would not recommend FabExpress Deluxe Comfort to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay."

"The fab hotel chain is full of scammers and frauds. They are very unprofessional and running a CHEAP HOTEL FRANCHISE. They took the booking and refused to provide the rooms and on calls they denied for the booking. Customer services took 50mins to connect and put you on hold for next 35mins to answer and then a untrained assistance try to justify their mistakes. Their policy is always non-cancellation which means you book the room, pay Fab and forget the room. I really want the owner to get arrested for running this chain of scammers & cheaters."

"I cannot believe the sheer audacity of this hotel and its management! I booked a premium room *three weeks* in advance, paying extra for it, and when I arrived, I was told that the premium room was unavailable. The receptionist was incredibly rude, offering me a downgrade to a "deluxe room." Seriously?! I paid for a premium room, and this is how I'm treated? I immediately called customer care, expecting a resolution, but instead, they arrogantly told me I could either "adjust" or take a room at a different hotel *10 kilometers away*. Unbelievable! Why the hell would I want to travel 10 km away when I specifically booked this hotel for its proximity to my exam center? This is beyond unprofessional; it's downright fraudulent! I didn't raise my voice because I had an exam the next day, but honestly, I shouldve. The room condition was absolutely disgusting. I have photos and videos of the filth cockroaches everywhere, broken toilet ceilings, and visible fungus growing on the walls. No proper furniture, and the room was so poorly maintained, I couldn't even stand it. And the window? A complete joke! It was covered with boards and had no outer visibility. To top it off, pigeons had completely ruined the area. Fab Hotel's customer care arrogance is truly next level! Their complete lack of respect and accountability is beyond frustrating. I will absolutely make sure to post all the images and videos of the room's pathetic condition online for everyone to see. People need to know the truth about how this hotel treats its customers and the disgusting state of its rooms. Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering staying heresave your money and sanity by choosing *anywhere else*. This place is a disgrace, and their management deserves to be called out! I paid nearly 2.4k for ONE night in this dump, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. This hotel should be ashamed of itself. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's a total scam and a disgrace. Never again!"
