We had a pleasant stay at FabHotel Landmark Residency. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel facilities good.

I stayed there for one day and it was an okay experience. I did have a few minor issues, such as the bathroom lock not working and no hot water late at night. Additionally, the room service person was not very active. Since I was staying alone, these minor inconveniences didn't significantly bother me. Overall, I found the stay to be perfectly fine.l

Rooms are not clean. No arrangement for hot water for bathing as heater is tripping. electric kettle was not there. Only plus point is size of the room and courteous staff. Rooms are not clean neither properly furnished. Not worth the value for money
