For the value of the amount paid, I think it exceeds all expectations

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

This was my second stay at this hotel and very comfortable.Plenty choice at breakfast and attentive staff.

It's okay for one day travellers or business hotel. Room size is little small. But maintained well inside. Okay for the budget range below 1400. Outside window lot of pigeons are there. Don't know how it's effecting AC functionality. Flet not comfortable with it so didn't run AC. Rest of all okay.

I booked the hotel with easemytrip app and it was 2k for 2 day via the app. Booking confirmed and when i went to check in the staff was like our rooms are premium and we dont give room below 1.5k and denied for checkin plus he talked in a very rude manner. So i had to contact the easemytrip helpline and they then contacted the hotel where they resolved it but my 1/2 hr was ruined in this and left a bad experience. I checked in and the room barely has space to walk after the 2 bed is placed. Bedsheets and Towels are also not so neat. Bathroom is ok and are clean. Geyser is available. You have wifi access which they provide which is good. I didnt choose breakfast option so dont know about the food. The hotel is located in MIDC industrial area and any thing you need can be ordered from zepto blinkit.

Took more money when arrived at hotel than online charge....No hot water at all..as we stayed for 2 times...they off AC at night...food is oky...same not about non veg....overall not good

Please don’t believe the fake ratings — this is a scam hotel putting up fake 5-star reviews. They don’t even have enough rooms for the number of ratings they seem to get every single day. I booked Hotel Landmark Residency after confirming with Fab Hotels customer care that I could check in early around 10 AM and check out the same day at 8 PM, without staying overnight. I even paid the full day’s charges for this arrangement. A day before my booking, I was told early check-in might not be possible, but they gave me the room at 10:45 AM, which was acceptable. However, the real shock came at 6:45 PM, when the staff insisted we check out immediately, threatening extra charges if we didn’t leave, just because they got another booking. They had no hesitation in pressuring us, even though it caused distress and panic, especially to my wife. This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. Totally unacceptable for a hotel with location in city like Mumbai

It's affordable hotel,but while checking in the reception guy will ask u how much u paid for online booking and how much they got. After this they will give u the small room and ask for bigger they will tell u that u have booking for small.While booking u don't get option dor same. Some of the room has AC issues.Duly check same

I had a very disappointing experience at Geeta Place. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. Even after paying the full amount, I was treated with complete disregard. The rooms were not clean, and there were serious hygiene issues—definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel that charges in full upfront. The TV in the room wasn’t working properly, which added to the frustration. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s not worth the money, and the way they treat guests is unacceptable. Please avoid if you’re looking for a respectful and comfortable stay.
