    "Didnt provide comforter/blanket at first .. serviceis too slow for food and beverage . I stayed in room no 105 without any room key . They didnt provide any key . There was cockroach and other insects in room . Even on the bed couldnt sleep well because of that .condom wraps in the cupboard . Place is not clean at all . Food is way too much low quality and quantity . Disappointed with fab hotel services"

Stay is Pathetic and will request the guest not to book hotel even if they will offer you 100% discount . Have booked the hotel for 11 night but checked out in the morning itself . Request fab hotel to cancelled the booking refund my amout else will take up this matter to the appropriate forum"

    "Rooms photos shown on fab app are different from the actual. By seeing the photos i booked the hotel.The hotel is old and the rooms don't look good. The bathroom was made using some partitio don't, the toilet seat was old, the bathroom heater didn't work on the second day, and I had to get the hot water from a common bathroom. The geyser was almost dead but somehow it worked on the first day."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

Offer price i got from fab for staying the hotel is 7000 including vatt, but they charged additional 400 rupees from me. Such a waste hotel i think they are focusing on couples for spending few hours."

    "I'm not happy with the service for several reasons: 1. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception. We had to go directly to request anything, even though the booking site mentioned that rooms included a telephone, towels, bath soap, etc. The reality was different. 2. I booked a deluxe room with breakfast included, but at checkout, I received a bill that included charges for breakfast. I specifically selected a room that stated breakfast was included. 3. We also had to pay for water. 4. The biggest issue was the long wait time for food. Once we ordered breakfast or dinner, we had to wait up to an hour, and even then, we had to remind them every 30 minutes to receive our order. Overall, this experience was very disappointing."

Specifically, one staff member insisted on additional charges if I didnt check out at night, despite my booking terms. The room provided was in extremely poor condition, small, and far from the images shown online. When I requested a room that matched the pictures, I was told there were no other options available, despite having a pre-booked reservation. The service was severely lacking, with no amenities aside from a room in unacceptable condition. I ended up checking out the same night, which unfortunately wasted a full day of my plans."
