Brilliant Hotel, extremely clean, very friendly and courteous staff, big and spacious rooms and bathrooms.

Very dirty rooms and bed sheets, tables and chairs looks like never cleaned, stain atks on chairs u cnnot even place your bags on it very dirty, washroom with thick stains everywhere onfloor as well as on the wall,i checked 3 rooms before checkin and ths was the best of three others was leaking bathr or swelling air con..do not book this hotel, from fab it is fabroyle and oyo it is oyo townhouse royce..same place and disaster

Very shabby look of room although it was clean.sockets and switches not working. TV not working. Above all the behavior at reception of Mr Vikas was like a gangster. Not recommended at all
