A 7-Star Experience at Hotel LEEFAdeep!** This was truly one of the most memorable hotel stays my family has ever had. We visited with our 4-year-old daughter and were amazed by the warmth, care, and hospitality shown by the entire team at Hotel LEEFAdeep. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was refreshing and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a unique combination of culture, art, and handmade decorations that give every corner a special charm. You can feel the love and effort that has gone into creating this place. Our room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and beautifully prepared. It felt less like a hotel room and more like a space designed with genuine care and attention to detail. One thing that touched us deeply was how the hotel management provided milk for our daughter whenever needed, multiple times, without charging anything extra. Such thoughtful gestures are rare and show how much they truly care about their guests. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to **Neha**, who managed our stay perfectly and made sure everything was comfortable and hassle-free. Now, coming to the foodabsolutely outstanding! Every dish was freshly prepared and customized exactly according to our preferences. The chef went above and beyond to create meals that suited our taste, and the quality was exceptional. What impressed us the most was their commitment to healthy cooking: **no maida, no palm oil, and fresh organic vegetables**. The difference in taste and quality was clearly noticeable. Another unique feature is that you can actually see organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices growing around the property and balcony areas. It creates a wonderful farm-to-table experience that is very rare to find, especially in Delhi. Highly recommended

I liked the place very much, the checkin was hassle free, bedsheet were comfy room was clean and tidy, it was hand made premium decors in hotel which was so welcoming. Staff was always eager to help. The manager Neha was so informative she made our delhi tour complete package even at the check in time, just in 10 mins, she even design our better schedule to save energy and time, so quickly she managed their hotel car with personal driver. We were very worried before check in . But just after we step in the hotel, the whole scenerio changed into organized trip. We tried their recommended unlimited non veg food platter which was really a good selection and chef has prepared it in our desired style. We even tried flavoured hukka jisne room stay ko Chhota sa staycation bana dia . Overall it was so nice to stay @Hotel LEEFADEEP. Highly recommend e

Reached in the Hotel at 10AM.Requested Manager to allow us to drop luggage in the room before check in. He asked for Rs. 500 and we had to pay since we had to go to market immediately. He allowed only after paying Rs. 500. Very casual attitude and during discussion,not addressed us even once as Sir or Madam. Room allotted had insects allover and had to be changed at night. In the new room, condition was pathetic. Photographs have been shared. Would never ever visit fab hotels again.

Very pathetic condition of the washroom, no space to sit on sheet u have to pop in standing mode,... receptionist did not respond a single Time in my two days stay at nand hotel, light and ac is just running not cooling, curtains are smells in very dirty it's not cleaned overall just a wastage of money, I am a frequent traveler, just using the name of Fab hotel totally waste
FabHotel Prime The Oasis
I called the hotel for booking and they told me 1600/- for 2 Rooms 4 people and that Offline booking can be made.I reached there by around 11PM and the rates were increased to 3000/-. So I made a booking for 2 rooms and 4 people through Agoda after full confirmation by the Manager sitting there. I showed him the exact price, rooms, number of guests, confirmed availability and No extra charges and he said Yes in everything but it took automatically for 2 rooms 2 people and then he said he can't do anything. I tried to request him that I did everything in front of You and it was an error from the technical side and requested to correct the booking details. But he said nothing can be done. I then called hotel customer care, management, etc and they told that they have raised request and I also made a Special request via the email provided to change the booking details from 2 Rooms 2 persons to 2 Rooms 4 people. But nothing happened and it was already around 11:30 PM by then so I had to pay 2100 instead of 1600 and also I had to pay 800 extra for 2 persons, making a total bill of 2900/- which was supposed to be 1600/-. I would want a Refund for the same. If not given I'll be forced to make a complaint in the Consumer forum.
FabHotel Sizzling Resort & Adventure
My experience with this hotel and FabHotels was extremely disappointing. I had booked the hotel for two days, but the condition of the room was unacceptable from the moment I checked in. The room was very dirty. I found an empty liquor bottle and leftover snacks inside the wardrobe. There were gutka stains and spit marks in multiple areas of the room. The washroom was unhygienic, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant odor. Basic amenities were not available. When I requested toiletries, the hotel staff informed me that they do not provide them. The bed linens were dirty, and even the towels had visible gutka stains. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was forced to check out after just one day. I immediately informed the FabHotels support team and made multiple follow-up calls, but I received no proper response or resolution. After several calls, a team member advised me to check out immediately. However, since it was nighttime and I had safety concerns, I stayed for the night and checked out the following morning. Despite repeatedly raising the issue, neither the hotel nor FabHotels took responsibility, provided a satisfactory resolution, or offered any refund. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and customer support.

Very disappointing experience at FabHotel The Pannis. I had already completed an online booking through Agoda. However, when I reached the hotel at midnight after a long journey, the reception staff asked me to make a fresh payment directly at the hotel and suggested cancelling my online booking. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience at such a late hour. Additionally, the room did not include basic amenities such as towels and hand soap, even though these were mentioned in the Agoda listing. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

When entered the HOTEL THERE WAS THE PROBLEM OF OTP WHICH WAS NOT SHARED, WHEN INGOT THE ROOM AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I WAS BEEN TOLD SPECIFIC SETTING IS THERE AC REMOTE NOT WORKING THEN ROOM GOT CHANGED THERE ALSO SAME ISSUE OF AC WAS THERE AND THE CARE TAKER WAS DRUNK AND WAS TOO RUDE TO TALK AND BIT ABUSIVE ALSO THEY CHARGED AMOUNT FOR WATER BOTTLE REGULAR BESLERI BOTTLE WAS CHAGRED 30/- INSTEAD OF 20/- WIFI WAS Ridiculous WAS NOT working at all worst part wash room the flush wasn't working all where water leakage when you open tap for bathing also shower not working water leakage got only soap no shower gel too.

The hotel had a good rating on the website and was advertised as a new property. However, my actual experience was extremely disappointing. The first room allotted to me was in an unacceptable condition. As soon as I opened the door, I found food waste scattered inside the room and several cockroaches running around. I immediately informed the reception and requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The linen was dirty, there were paan/gutka stains on the walls, and the WC was in a terrible condition. I have attached photographs for your reference. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, hygienic rooms, and clean linen are fundamental expectations for any guest. The condition of the property was far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the photographs displayed on the website do not remotely represent the actual condition of the hotel. The difference between the advertised images and reality is significant and misleading. The experience was so unpleasant that I could not sleep properly throughout the night. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and will seriously reconsider using FabHotels in the future. I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken.

Despite asking for early checkin clearly while booking room and confirmed by Fab executive Mr shyam, yet hotel staff make me pay for early checkin and that too in excess to what I was informed at the time of negotiations call. Further hotel staff charge for basic non branded water bottle @ Rs 33/- per bottle. Behavior of staff is very unprofessional and to be honest I would love to give negative star rating if possible. No one should book this hotel. Worst hotel experience in so far my travelling life of more than 15 years.
