FabHotel Golden Key Inn
Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
FabHotel City Pride
The total experience with Fab hotel has been very bad. To start with they cancelled the booking in original hotel even taking advance, than they transferred booking to this City pride. This hotel is only for bachelors who wants to do all sort of Thailand activities..The first night was full of these noises from lal the rooms. Imagine my condition with my wife and kids, could not sleep for a minute. Next day staf promise us there would be no noise. I told them I would come back from marriage in the morning, so probably would do late check by one hour, for which they agreed, but nest day in the morning, there was lot of repair work started and consequently we did not sleep that day also. To worsen our experience, there was no water in washroom, we kept waiting till 1;30 to use toilet to check out. There was no toiletries, no kettles, no room phone. While other rooms were equiped with microwave even. They gave us water bottle and towel also next day after long persuasion. Not at all a hotel for family
FabHotel Hargobind Enclave
Experience was very bad, alot of differences in what they had shown in pictures an what the real situations of room is, bedsheets having stains, dirty and torned and the walls were full with marks and anything was not upto the mark.
FabHotel Prime Culture
Lift was not working and he allotted a room on the 3rd floor and it was a total mess and also TV did not work as there was no DTH connection.I paid 1500 for the room but the room deserved 500.
FabHotel Aerosky Inn
I recently had my first stay at FabHotel Aerosky Inn 19-20 april 2025, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible and disappointing experience. Heres a breakdown of all the issues I faced during my stay: 1. False Commitment About Breakfast: I had booked the room with breakfast included. Even the customer support executive confirmed that breakfast would be available and served by 7 AM. However, the hotel staff denied providing any breakfast at all. Shockingly, they even stated, We never provide breakfast to any booking. This was extremely unprofessional and misleading. 2. Poor Customer Support: After facing the breakfast issue, I contacted FabHotels customer support again, but this time they completely ignored my messages and took no action whatsoever. The lack of response added to the frustration and clearly showed a lack of accountability. 3. Unclean Rooms and Balconies: The room was not cleaned properly upon check-in. Worse, every rooms balcony was extremely dirty, as if it hadnt been cleaned for months. We had to change three rooms due to issues with AC and cleanliness, yet all the balconies were equally filthy. 4. Misleading Branding Not a Real FabHotel: There was no FabHotel nameplate, signage, or branding anywhere at the property. It looked like FabHotels had simply tied up with a very low-grade, local hotel and listed it under their name. This felt completely misleading and deceptive. 5. No Packaged Drinking Water: The hotel didnt provide packaged drinking water. Instead, they handed over an already-used open bottle filled with RO water, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. It felt like a complete scam. I will never prefer any fabhotel again. This was my first and last booking at fabhotel.
FabHotel The Oasis
I stayed there for one night and I might never forget that, such a gruesome experience. First the checkin period was way too delayed like who takes 40mins to chekin? Then comes there favourite excuse we are out of rooms therefore we are alloting room on 6th floor , provided there is lift till 4th floor only and no bellboy for your luggage you are on your own. Then the rooms on the 6th floor there is no fan only one damm AC . For the first 2 hours the AC was not cooling at all despite running at 17 , also 6th floor is the top floor so the heat is unbearable already, after 7 calls to the reception still no update on the AC, after one more hour it started cooling on its own, also there is one dead remote to control the AC, I mean if only you have 2AAA battery or an if you carry an extra AC remote while you travel then you are blessed else you are doomed with an AC at 17 or heat at 44. Forget about the basic amenities, they didn't even care to give a handwash for the washroom, every time we call the reception their answers were amusing " ladka nikal gya hai handwash leke" although he never reached, maybe lost his way to the 6th floor. Also there were many empty rooms available at 4th floor but those are alloted only of you book offline cause then they can charge you as much as they want. They charge 32rs for a simple mineral water bottle, talk about the charges..also you can get RO water if you call the food services and can wait 40-44 minutes....else you can walk out 20mtrs and buy yourself one. Then the checkout process..... Lovely how quick they are up for you to vacate. You start getting calls by 10:30 till the time you do not vacate . Also they will make you checkin late and checkout early by 11 any late and a charge of 200 is Waiting for you. I slept soundly with the train honking and undergoing construction sound. Even Fab hotels customer support didn't care to look after their customer.
FabHotel The Golf Inn
The rooms were not cleaned when we entered the room , it felt like i am in desert. The bedsheets were full of ciggerate burn marks . The bed had stains of blood . There were no solution of mosquito. No slippers were provided. We can't control the room temperature of ac it's stuck at one temperature . No TV in the room . Unprofessional staff which was making noices in morning which was very uncomfortable
FabHotel Luxury Retreat
I had a booking for 5th may to 17th may. 5th may was normal booking and rest of the days was wih bfast and dinner. The hotel denied to check in for second part. Said that fabhotel gives rates which are not agreeavle to us. Pathetic inter agency dealing ridiculing and tormenting customers
