I would like to raise a complaint about a person named Atul, working at the Fab shared location near Dagdusheth. He informed me that the hotel was only 5 minutes walking distance, but in reality the hotel was around 30 minutes away from the temple by vehicle. This incorrect information caused unnecessary inconvenience. During the check-in time, when I was trying to find the hotel, he was also not responding, which made the situation even more difficult. Afterwards, when I contacted another Fab representative, they guided me correctly and confirmed the actual distance. The room was extremely dirty, and both the pillows and blanket had a strong, foul odor. The entire room was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority, and it made my stay very uncomfortable.
