The stay was very good , it was very neat , the bathroom was clean , room was spacious , mainly the bed was comfortable where you will have good night sleep after a long day of fun overall the stay was awesome .

It was really an awesome place to stay and explore white town. And it's really a value for money. The complimentary breakfast was soo good and it tasted like home food. Big shout out to them. Good service, treated well.

Totally recommend this hotel when you visit Pondicherry. It's at a prime location with Beaches, Churches, restaurant and shopping within 1 km. The owner and staff are very helpful. They also serve fresh and tasty breakfast.

Fabulous staff is the frst thing u il get.U just have to applaud the service they provide here especially ask for assitance to satheeshkumar who is so kind and soo passionate abut work he is doing...very peaceful and neat rooms and extremely nice foood prawns was sensationally seasoned and overall its a best experince here and ill defntly come to pondy again with my friends and we request satheeshkumar as our staff for the trip?????????????????????????? thank u fab hotels and thanks to mr.nagarajan(fabhotels) my brother for his great support in booking the room... Very courteous behaviour of the staff, cleanliness of the property, air-conditioning, overall feel good ambience.

Not worth the price – great location, but major drawbacks I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Pondicherry, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. Cons: The rooms are poorly lit with no access to natural light, making them feel quite dull. None of the windows open—they’re jammed shut—and attempting to open them exposes you to pigeon feathers, droppings, and a strong foul smell. There is no dedicated parking for cars, which is a major inconvenience for travelers driving in. Pros: The rooms were clean and tidy, which was appreciated. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its prime location. It’s within walking distance of major tourist attractions like Rock Beach, Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry Museum, Crafts Bazaar, Promenade Beach, White Town, and many charming cafes. Overall: Unless location is your sole priority, this hotel doesn’t offer good value for money. Basic amenities and comfort need serious improvement.

The room was old and the windows were broken letting mosquitoes in.There was no pigeon netting and the pigeons were nesting,they were noisy.They only provided a mattress for the 3rd person making the room less spacious.They have to update the photos .In the morning we listened to the furniture dragged across the floor by other guests for breakfast which we did not eat The only thing good was a renovated bathroom

Would give 1 star but the staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast chef was really lovely, nice breakfast and roof. The room was pretty terrible. It should be clear on the website or booking.com that most rooms have NO NATURAL LIGHT. They have windows that open directly into another building. Also no soundproofing, I could hear all the bathroom activities of the man next door. Decor tired and not automatically cleaned or given fresh towels. Nothing really dries as there’s no fresh air or light so everything felt dark and damp. Also very small room. We checked out early to find a nicer room, did not realise Pondy is expensive (even in the Indian side) and you need to make sure you will be given a room with windows! Can get better for the same money. Seems fab hotels have done a good job with photos and marketing and booking.com algorithm

Terrible experience:I booked this hotel for 3 nights stay but checked out after 1 night itself. Room size is very small. Please don't go by the pics on the site. We stayed in this hotel on 2nd Jan and the kitchen was under some maintenance. When we ordered for lunch, they took the order, but called us up after sometime & told the kitchen is closed, so order your food from swiggy. We ended up having our lunch & dinner from swiggy. Breakfast was pathetic, just Idly, upma & poori bhaji, chai/coffee. Hotel boasts of a rooftop bar, but it's not even worth siting.Hotel staff was good though- the only saviour. They arranged for milk boiling & a new electric kettle for my 2 year old kid on 1 request. Please don't waste your money on this hotel.
