Pay @ hotelHad an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and cozy, the staff was warm and attentive, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Great location and perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!
Everything was good except for showers not working
service was good staff behaviour responsive room was good and clean bedsheets and blankets were well cleaned power backup present for 24 hrs electricity, air conditioning was good bathroom was also cleaned location was good and safe
All the hotels I have stayed in in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience I have had. I booked Fan Downtown from Fab app but there were no sign of Fab Downtown at the mentioned address. I was searching for the address for more than half n hour along with my family and luggage. Instead of Fab Hotel, they gave us the Citymax Hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, I kept looking for it. Even the local people there did not know about the fab hotel.
Fake hotel nd very rude people we book from fabhotel bt when time of check-in the owner said we r not excepting any other website booking like fabhotel nd all so u pay accordingly my terms nd he took extra money from us bz he kW it's night time nd we r not going anywhere at the time of check-out my parents asked him for bill then he said we send online after 1 hr from checkout ..he refused to gave us manual bill ...now he didn't send any bill also took extra money from us ...don't go here
We showed up at midnight after booking this place online called FAB TRIVENI , WHAT A DUMP!! Trusting the photos and the online exicutive promises. What a nightmare! Bedsheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes and disgusting stains that looked like seman something no guests should ever find . The washroom bucket was melted, the mirror frame was broken, and most furniture was falling apart. The room reeked, was damp, and wallpaper was peeling off everywhere. Taps looked like they hadn’t been touched in years. It was filthy and clearly never cleaned, to be clear they probably swapped the bedsheets without washing them in years . Total scam and a huge waste of time. Stay far, far away from this dump!
My package includes breakfast but it was not provided. Request to process refund of the amount charged for breakfast
The hotel (inn) was a pure disaster. I got swayed with the online reviews pertaining to it. The room was unclean and untidy. The staff were unprofessional and didnt even serve breakfast despite having paid in advance for the same.
Very Disappointed – Stay Away! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — dust everywhere, stained sheets, water leakage from AC and to make matters worse, I found ants and even a mouse in the bedroom! Totally unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges this much. The service was equally terrible. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to care at all about the condition of the place or the comfort of the guests. When I raised complaints, they acted like it was normal. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you care about cleanliness, safety, and basic decency — avoid this place at all costs!
Worst hotel i had ever visited in my life. No cooperation at all, dont know how to manage and attend guests. We visited there in the morning At 8 am they charged extra money by saying that our checkin and checkout time is 12 at mid and will be charged you only for 24 hours then you'll be charged 100 rupees per hour we had taken only 4 more hours and they had forced ud to pay full amount .Then we asked them to either charge as per your commitment or we'll complaint against you. 1)Staff behavior was not suffesticated 2)food we had ordered was not hygienic 3) washrooms are untidy 4) bedsheets are not tidy having strains all over. My opinion is not upto mark Won't recommend anyone to go and stuck there.
