Will recommend this hotel to everyone
Very good
The design is modern, elegant, and exudes quiet luxury. The hotels every corner is beautifully maintained and the atmosphere feels both inviting and upscale. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, making the visit feel even more special. Based on my experience, it’s clear that the hotel prioritizes quality and guest satisfaction. I would absolutely consider staying here in the future and would highly recommend it to others.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. On the 4th day my checkout time was 12 PM, but my train was at 7 PM. I requested the staff to allow me to stay till 5 PM and even offered ₹500, but they refused and asked for a full day charge. After a lot of argument they still took ₹700. The room size was good, but the bed was very poor quality and made loud noise while sitting or getting up. The TV was useless – on every channel only advertisements were coming. The walls were damaged and paint was peeling off. The room and bathroom were dirty and not properly cleaned. The geyser was on but hot water never came even after informing the reception. They charged ₹30 for a water bottle. The room was booked for two people but they gave only one towel, that too dirty, even after asking three times. There were many mosquitoes in the room and no proper housekeeping. At check-in they gave a food menu but no food or even tea was available. The property building is good, but maintenance and service are very poor. They charge high rent but provide very few facilities. Not a satisfactory stay.
Staff was kind and helpful. While the room and bathroom was clean, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty with multiple stains.
We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely horrible. The rooms were in a deplorable condition, far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness. There were insects crawling all over the bed, which is completely intolerable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance. This was by far one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would not hesitate to do so.
The room was shabby. Taps were not working. Cost of room was extremely high compare to the room
Outside good with high price. Good quality also below the line. Worth of 500/- per room. Not Advisable. Only location is Good.
So it was a two day stay at this hotel. I will speak about the things that went wrong at this hotel. 1- We had paid for the breakfast during the booking of the room online. On day 1 - we got 2 breads and a cup of tea for breakfast. On day 2- despite requesting so many times (8am onwards till 9:45 am) - NO breakfast received. And they finally said - madam aap baahar se breakfast mangwa lijiye. This was when we had already told them that we had a flight to catch and wanted to leave by 10am. 2. By mistake we left our two steel forks with the food plate on day 1. We requested them again and again to return them, they refused. 3. Every hotel has a complimentary waterbottle per person per day. Here, for 2 days they charged us for 4 bottles of water that we got. And the more shocking ending was - MRP Rs 20, and they charged Rs 30. Also, they refused to give us a pakka bill for it. When we tried arguing, they refused to listen. 4. The final bill that was given to us ( again nothing pakka, just a hand written paper in a rough notebook) - included the food items taken by customers in other rooms as well!!! When we pointed this out to them, initially they started fighting that by mistake they had written other room numbers in our bill, but finally on insisting that we didn’t have - the maggi, poha etc written in the bill they finally agreed to remove them from it. But again - No pakka bill. Really a terrible experience at this hotel, very very disappointing. Will never recommend.
