"Terrible experience. Guy at reception not behaving properly. No cleaned room. Bed was not so clean. No hygiene - cockroaches are in room. Only soap in toiletries was there. Not even tissue paper in toilet. Towel was dirty and having odorous smell. Not even shower was there in bathroom. They charged 500 rupees at reception as pre check-in, earlier it was mentioned as 300 by your fab hotel executive. Even receipt also not provided for the same."

"Average! we have booked 3 rooms. 2 from fab hotel app and one from MakeMyTrip. CheckIn: They dont allow to checkin before 12. They charged 500 extra for early checkin and provide unclear non AC room Breakfast: you will not like it at all they serve in a very unhygienic plat Service: Manager is not good. Review: all reviews are fake Rooms: below average"

"So horrible experience I had here Lot of bedbugs were there in the room It was not at all clean and hygiene. Immediately on asking the concerned person to change bedsheets and Pillows since it was very dirty he asked that it just an oil stan. I could not sleep the whole night because of the hygiene issue and bed bugs on the bed. Khatamal ne poori raat kataaa finally subah hui and i was released from here. Very very very much bad experience. I also had bad experience in terms of smooth check in."

Inspite of my intimating them that will check in around 7.00 pm (almost after 7 hrs of check in time ) when we reached the room was not ready and we had to wait at the reception . The person on the front desk was absolutely rude and answered us arrogantly . My wife and myself are Sr. citizen and never expected such hospitality from the hotel staff. Morning breakfast they got in a plastic bag including the tea in a plastic ( that too cold ) and had no courtesy to give us bowls , plate , mug or spoon . We had just ordered idli , which we finally returned it back at the reception . Absolutely insulting way to treat a client. Overall the rooms were clean but the hospitality was very very poor. I dont think I can recommend your hotel to a any of my friends I am very sorry to convey this but after a days work we had such unpleasant experience. I hope you please improve the staff mannerism Thanks"
