In our Booking Breakfast Included, But given only Maggie in Breakfast. Not available any other food. Very Disappointed. In our booking 400 rs per head in breakfast but got only Maggie.

It was very bad experience with u, your customer executive service is very bad, I clearly mentioned in the booking slot that our guest will arrive at 6-7 am but they even didn't allow them to stay at reception area and said that your room is alloted to someone else and they have contacted me but there is no history of contact with me. Pathetic experience we had with this property. There were cockroaches all around and we could not sleep the entire night because of this. Thus, we had to checkout one day earlier, but payment for the two days stay.

My stay at Hotel Disa, Kolkata was very very disappointing, despite having in-house restaurant, no food was available for most of the stay, breakfast was refused saying the cook was sleeping, and even basic essentials like toiletries and coffee were not available. Tried contacting support regarding issues during my stay at their registered property Hotel Disa, Kolkata, but was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes without any assistance or response. Extremely disappointing customer support experience

Horrible experience.uncleaned rooms. Bad service with almost no food option. After waiting for 2 hours they activate TV. Ac was not running properly. When in the morning call to order breakfast they said no gas so no option for breakfast . Pay after survey the rooms.

Behavioral issue and the foods they are serving having taste like stored more than the days.
