We booked a double room for 2.7k including breakfast. We checked in in the evening and had to Wait for some time due to the rush but the manager was a very friendly guy and kept us at ease inspite of the rush. I requested a calm private room and we got a delight. A presidential suite sized room with a large 20x6 ft balcony albeit behind the canopy of the mall never the less not complaining. Food had to be ordered by Swiggy or dinner and service was slow, tv not working etc again due to the rush perhaps but the manager himself came to check the TV but there was no signal. Overall great value for money with a decent breakfast just ok but an impressive room. Make sure to ask for a calm room as some rooms may get theater sound. Also the rooms need to have better sound proofing from the hall as we can hear people talking in the hallway or even next room if there is a shared door.

The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

This hotel is surely one of a kind. We thought of actually staying here for one night only but the hotel was so good that we stayed for four days! The price was also very cheap compared to other hotels in that area of the same range. The ambience was phenomenal and all the staffs were super kind. Will surely recommend this to any person who wants to have a stay in Ramanathapuram.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th April 2018 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

I had a great experience during my stay. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean, and decorated in a modern style. The staff is incredibly supportive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the food was quite good. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The rooms are designed in a suite style, with a closed door separating two rooms. Unfortunately, the sound from the adjacent room is quite audible, which can affect privacy. Another downside is that the restaurant isn't operational, and breakfast is the only meal available on-site. For other meals, you have to rely on online food delivery services. Overall, it's a comfortable stay, but improvements could be made in terms of privacy and dining options.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

There is no restaurant. However, they are arranging breakfast. And that is the most challenging part for them. Forget the spread, whatever they have decided to serve, that also is not available. Limited amenities in the room. Even for the corporate customers, they are charging in advance

Horrible experience 1) Booking experience was bad ! I had a senior citizen with me and wanted an accessible room. While taking the booking it was confirmed by Mr Rahul from Fab citing that it would be taken care of, but it was not ! Was given a room which was not accessible for my mother 2) Ordered a coffee which came as a warm one. When asked hotel people said that they don’t have a restaurant & had to get the coffee from a tie up hotel and by the time it came from there it became warm - Horrible service 3) No restaurant facility 4) AC was ok ok ! It was supposed to be good in this soaring heat , but disappointed. Had to use the fan 5) Water in the restroom was damn salty , not fit for a bath 6) Thesaterical sound gives a disturbing sleep 7) Check out process was horrible! I had to cut short the trip to a day & since I booked it online , they had asked to call the customer service and cancel the room ! For about 45 min there was no response from the contact center @Fab. Reception staff was adamant and had asked me to pay the bill for 2 days and not letting me go . 8) WiFi was horrible and no proper signals ! It was dropping badly ! Not a secured network though ! Pls try using VPN Overall - I will not rec ommend this shady place as my experience was horrendous! Pls look for alternatives in RAMNAD
