Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Just to highlight: there parking is in basement and the ramp is so steep that u will feel ur car will turn upside down. And if ur car is loaded and slightly weak engine and may be ur car will get stuck in parking. Staff was also not cooperating

Worst experience denied check in and asked me to cancel the booking and pay extra money to book hotel. No TV no light in washroom rude staff behaviour. Totally disappointed and terrible experience.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever met in my entire life. Had booked this place as an emergency as I reached past midnight. The caretaker was sleeping near the reception and would not budge even once when I tried to wake him up, multiple times! stating I wanted to check in. Called fab hotels customer service and they couldn't do anything to reach the owner/ appropriate person who could help. I had to cancel and look for forward another place in the early hours (3am to 4am precisely) . Would never recommend this place and fab hotels to female travellers, please be vigilant of such places and services to avoid the worst experience while traveling!

The place is really bad and the washroom is super dirty and smelly, the first room they gave me had ants in them. And the receptionist needs to learn manners, first we had booked through fab hotel he said he can’t see it, without even checking, next day again I booked went back he was like no room again even though fab hotel told us nothing is booked. Scammy, rude and worst stay of my life.

All over india i visited a lot of fab hotels but this is the worst ever experience i had worst staff not even educated and not even polite to the customers the rooms are unhygienic, wash rooms are not even cleaned, beds are with unwashed bedsheets, and whole night there is no water in room when we asked the staff they will not even responded and shouted on the customers very rudely. NOTE. it is mentioned as fab hotel but it is combined with oyo aswell which is the worst part for family stay in notice they mentioned as no alcohol and no smoking but they are allowing the partys inside the hotel.
