I stayed here for one nights because of its proximity to the Samaypur Badli Metro Station (less than a 10-minute walk). For a budget hotel, the rooms were surprisingly tidy and the AC worked perfectly.

Wonderful Experience in this lovely property. The staff especially Mr Armaan is so kind and helpful. A must visit and highly recommended place I will give it all 5 stars

Room was very small but it was well decorated. Room was clean but the blanket was very unhygienic, when we ask them to change the blanket, they do, but this blanket was also very dirty and unhygienic. Apart from this blanket issue, everything was very good.

Good staff, proffesional behaviour and clean rooms better then we expected.

OVERALL DOWN GRADE EXPERIENCE OF STAY. * B.FAST INCLUDED IN STAY WAS NOT GIVEN PROPERLY ONLY BREAD & OMELETTE. * CANT EVEN SERVE WATER BOTTLE. * BOOKING AMOUNT WAS HIGHER ON BOOKING.COM COMPARED TO UPFRONT HOTEL TARIFFS.

Even after paying the amount there was no confirmation call from the hotel. On reaching the hotel, we were given room 204 clean but told geyser not working then asked to switch to 104, which was complete downgrade. Later on after discussion, he let us switch back to 204. Not actually worth the price.

Very rude behaviour, lift out of order . Worst hotel, worst experience. Even tried calling fab helpline , which you guys wont answer and respond.Never again gonna book in fab hotels. Everything pic is fake. Not a 3 star hotel. Don't beleive customer care. Cheap tricks played with me all lies from customer care fab hotel. Please think trice if you gonna book in fab hotels

Super third class staff an behaviour..No staff for service an no how to deal with guest

Overall experience was pathetic. The rooms are very unhygienic and the lights of my room were also not functioning properly . The bathroom was dirty and the tv was also not working. The room service was below expectations and the lift was out of service for 2 days straight, had to crawl up to 3rd floor through stairs every time I went out .

This was the cheapest hotel , but there was not basic things in the room,like no shampoos,soap, bed was not clean , very dirty room, there no batteries in ac remote also, even i requested them still they did mot gave it. Ac was just for sake it was of no use. Do paise zada dena pr yaha mat jana
