The hotel management didn't give me hotel keys as they have misplaced it. All the time, my belongings was protected by luck only. Second the bed is horrible. It is sort of a love hotel, so someone have really wrecked the bed. Not a good experience at all. The water bottle the gave, also was used before and they filled RO water in it again. Pathetic.

Booking and payment was done in advance with breakfast for two nights, but when reached hotel, waited for around 45 minutes when arrived, On showing booking id, they said we don't have any booking with this name, tried to convince and recheck still said no room in system, we are sold. after long discussion, they gave one small room with lock and everything broken. Again had to inform them, they took time and gave another room. When told for breakfast they said no kitchen so we don't provide breakfast, again show them id with breakfast but they said we can not provide, finally they didn't provide anything, not even water or tea in breakfast. Asked for breakfast refund but did not give anything. Worst hotel, worst service and worst people. Never book this.

It was one of our worst of the worst place. We walked out and dint even stay there for 30 mins.
